How much did this cost you. Most immigration lawyers charge $3,000 - $3,500 .

Maybe this RCIC might be cheaper but immigration lawyers preaches against them.... Abeg enlighten me.

No I didn’t pay that much and I don’t have any experience with immigration lawyers. Generally speaking, One would expect lawyers to charge more however, a successful application is not entirely about money or representation. There are just some things money or representation may not resolve. E.g family ties.

Its not an issue dear..

But the school is meant to issue you a receipt which you apply with and not the bank receipt.

Yeah! Thank you, this causes some level of relief, seriously.

I guess as much too, cos the school itself told me anyone can pay for me.

And then, i guess the school is still going to issue their receipt to me after confirming the money in my student account within 3-5 business days as said by them

Thank you. God Bless!

Hello Emmalextemtop,.

The claim is not valid. Ensure you request your notes to have the complete and valid reasons for the delay.

Best of Luck

Do you get my question at all?

You mean it is okay for another person to pay for me?

Hello!
1) Can someone uses a teaching job for his visa application? Even though it's not in line with that i studied as an undergraduate but just to show i have job like that...Is it strong enough to convince the VO though also with convincing words that am coming back to build an NGO in my country which is true...

2) If am using my uncle as sponsor, do i need to prove it? How And with what type of documents?

3) If company wants to sponsor me, what are the proves/documents i must provide

4) Is it compulsory to do police certificate in Lagos alone, can i do it in my state (Ondo)?

Thanks for the apt answers!

please I need some advice with regards to my application.

so my brother is meant to be my sponsor, he is a building contractor but unfortunately, most of his business passed through his personal account, he has only newly registered a business, just under 6 months and not much activity. Alternatively, his wife(my sis-in-law) is a better prospect with regards to documentation esp employment reference and pay slip etc. she is willing to stand as my sponsor as well. I would have used my dad, but his balance both personal and business is not too solid, some projects that took up most of his funds and having my brother transfer the sum to his account might raise flags and all that. So in essence, I want to know if I can use my sister in law as my sponsor?

Please help

This is a copy of the letter he sent me in December requesting for ielts. They did not write anything about NSE on it though. Just the request for ielts.

I got the NSE request as well as my friend and the letter never looked like this your own o.
Also, they never talked about outright refusal o except that if they didn't get the stated docs within 30 days,it will follow normal route.
Something doesn't add up and looks quite fishy. Hmmmmm.....

The Canadian govt, working with the Ontario govt. is considering imposing a temporary restriction on arrival of international students in Ontario. If you’re an international student heading to a school in Ontario, you may need to hurry your arrival date before this plan crystalize.

You can do this if you show the relationship between you and your sister inlaw. All you need to do is attach their marriage certificate, your brother and the wife birth certificates. Then do well to explain this on your sop in detail. Her sponsorship letter should also explain the relationship.
