I will shed, not, a tear.

Traditional and well proven legitimate slow growth investments abounds in real estate and other markets.

But our people want some impossible and outlandish gains. And near immediately.

When will they learn?

Ponzi scheme!!

Most of us tried to advice people to stay away from such schemes to no avail. We even became enemies to many cause of this Ponzi scheme.
Unfortunately, those complaining about these ponzi scams never say anything to anyone when they're getting paid, when they don't get paid is when they start seeking attention.

They said they were registered with SEC and they believed their words of mouth instead of confirming from SEC first. After getting duped is when they want to start their due diligence. Those of them referring others are the ones I pity because when their new recruits lose money, they suddenly become enemies and anything can happen.

So, who is the fool? I dont even feel sorry for those scammed because their greed led them to it. MBA capital, I never even heard of them. The next will soon arrive and call itself PHD capital and same people will fall for it too.

Two ways to solve all these problem of people who think they are smart and can runaway with people's hard-earned money.
Some investors will die, if they dont get their money and returns back on time, we have seen it happen before.

Good thing is, you have their Pictures.
1) Legal Route: Report this fraud to EFCC, form Pressure group and Stage a Protest, if the authorities are foot-dragging on the issue, which will likely occur, as he has your money to throw around for bribery. Draw as much negative attention to their person, as much as possible. Locate their Homes, their Office, their Church or all of their social circles and go to the front of it to Protests "Peacefully". undecided

2) Illegal Route: In this age of Unknown Gunmen, it is very easy for somebody to use their head to stop a high-velocity, small iron object and we hear that people get kidnapped for ransom or even just killed after. Anyone who dupes hundred of thousands of Investors should know that they wont have Peace until they either pay them back or they are dead. Some Investors dont forget nor forgive, it will be an eye for an eye.
Nigeria of today does not favor such nonsense and arrogance.

"If" anyone dupes me of my life savings, l will hunt them down and even extend it to their family. I wont stand-by and watch them enjoy my sweat, while l suffer.

I don't think the government can do anything about it cause they were warning people against it, both SEC and CBN was singing it upandan, them no gree hear.

MBA owned by Maxwell.W.Odum and Vodina West is a pure scam! They planned this all along. He told us that they were certified by SEC which eventually turned out to be false. He told us that MBA was insured, which also turned out to be false. He told us over and over that he has reserved money to pay back investors should anything go wrong, this also turned out to be false. He told us that no ROI will be lost, as we all know this turned out to be false now he said he was going to refund capitals and as we all see what is currently happening, is also is nothing but lies. This man is just filled with so much lies!

MBA does not have any issue or issues with CBN or SEC, it was his greedy attitude that lead to this problem.

MBA is NOT ready to refund capital this is why they come up with different excuses, if 360k verified huge savers still receiving capital since 15th till now and still on it, please ask yourself when 400k,500k verified huge saver will get their capital. remember there's still a lot of 360k, 400k, 500k huge saver that are yet to be verified.. now when will payment get to 600k, 700, 1m, 2m to 10m on huge saver... When will smart fund saver start to receive capital from 360k to millions, then offline investors too, from 360k to millions.. how many years will it take before u'll be paid?

He doesn't even have money to pay back if he is compelled to do so. The only money on him now is money from people that invested in October and November 2020 which he Maxwell intentionally deceived them to raise some funds to make make case should anyone want to make case with him.

Now he has invested so much on e-hoodlums and e-thugs who claim they've been paid meanwhile they are not even investors! You can't even say anything about your money in any of the online groups, they'd block you instantly and delete your comment. Maxwell Odum is a criminal and must rot in jail. He will never get away with this!

We don't need to deceive ourselves.. MBA is not ready to refund capital, what me I think is that they want to restructure new MBA, so by 4th Feb they will come up with their plans on how new MBA will be. I tell you investors will not have choice than to migrate and continue with new MBA and receive ROI. Waiting for capital refund, you will wait till eternity. But eventually they'd fold up and disappear completely with our capitals.

You mor.ons keep falling for different variations of the same scam. If you cannot take out time to educate yourself, learn the process and handle your funds, then be ready to fall into the trap of unscrupulous schemers. To even open a brokerage account anywhere in the world, due diligence is necessary. When folks sound warning alarms, they are quick to be dismissed as jealous losers who are envious of fictitious returns the schemers projected.

Good luck!

More schemes will prop up and more victims will line up.

I did not invest in MBA but even if Maxwell sent you to type the bolded, please tell him that "One Day, Goat went to the Market and did not return". I dont think these guys are ready to Move-on, rather, they want to move on him
Life may start ending, in this end-times. undecided

I think the paid e-warriors of these MBA people are here already.

Your right. Current Ponzi schemes going on are Digital Agriculture Investment platforms that claim to have farms, they ask people to invest into their farms. While they promise devious Return On Investment.

In reality they are Ponzi Schemes who stage pictures of farms!

They collect from Peter to pay Paul

Govt still warms people about Armed Robbery, Kidnapping and other vices, does that mean that a Kidnapper would not be traced and arrested or an Armed Robber get to walk free just because you left your door unlocked?
The law does not work that way, Crime is a Crime.

This is a Financial Crime and it is Criminal. The duty of Govt is to protect citizens from criminals like this Maxwell and to arrest and prosecute them, when they engage in such Crimes.

These are the same people shouting Buhari and herdsmen upandan yet they are doing so to make others lose confidence in the system and abandon their quest for justice. You call yourselves investors but he sees you as gullible fellows whose greed led to his trap.
Go to his community and rake there so his clan knows what he is doing and where gets those money he perhaps shares with them.
Don't stop until he pays you back. Don't forget that EFCC may not help you much because they're tired of attending to people like you looking for high yield investment fraud scheme and I actually think they should be arresting all of you together with MBA for ignoring several repeated warnings by SEC and EFCC to avoid these HYIPs.visit www.freestiffsng.com for latest freestuffs in Nigeria.
