austinvsb: well I will agree when it has to do with Nigeria especially North when Lord F. Lugard (1907), Percy Giroud (1907-09) Hisketh Bells (1909-14), Hugh Cliford, (1919-30), decided to turn Sharia law and Islam into a Governmental Religion and law for the sake of their benefits. aside that, the problem of Africa (Majority) is a pure black man desire for unnecessary wealth and wickedness |

viyon02: China is Nigerias new colonial master and the result is there for all to see. Chinese labor has laid rail tracks, built world class train stations and trains - lagos to ibadan is running. The only thing that made this project work is that it was mostly chinese supervisors and chinese labor. the moment you give the same project to a nigerian company, the men would start trying to ask the female workers for phone number, the workers will say "why should i care its not my father's business", workers coming late, people give jobs to people from the state or ethnic group, before you know it the project fails and the blame is pounced on whichever president is sitting at the time. 3 Likes |

austinvsb:Should we continue to blame Europeans for the underdevelopment of Africa indefinitely? A fool at forty they say is a fool forever and Nigeria is over sixty. Malaysia/Singapore got independence around the same time as Nigeria and comparable in all terms but are we at the same level today ? A lazy man always blame it's tools for underperformance. Nigerians needs to sit down and solve it's problems and stop blaming others always. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Why will people vote for some african men as their respective leaders that seemed good men before but then turn to be the opposites, like Buhari. And so many of them, Nigeria has the worst run of all the presidents and heads of state, ordinary light they can't fix in 60 years after so called independence, but they can threaten to shutdown internet in a second, see this Weah now, a democratical elected person that campaigned on "True democracy" now shutdowns internet in a switch, they will call it protection from external influence, but they are trying to block voices from being heard, same oppression and dictatorship, shame. Shame. Even if you don't want to copy the west, but you're practicing their style in an opposite direction. 1 Like |

MasterRahl: Obasanjo and Jonathan that was crytically analyzed, where did they lead us to. No man in Africa, will ever decide to join politics because he wants to make his country a better place, every body is only joining for personal interest. That is why they don't consider the masses when making policies, they only do whatever suits them and the cabal. If buhari dies today, and PASTOR Osinbajo takes over, Nigeria will still not get better, he will only serve his and tinubu interest. 2 Likes |

Honestly, I personally don't believe the problem with this entire continent has to do with leadership. It's something bigger. Both the leaders and citizens are bad. Please don't mention any African country which you think is doing well with a 'good leader' , until you show me just one, I repeat, just one that is nearly as developed as say, America. I think there's something not good in the black man's head or skin - something somewhere. Else even the few African countries that are a bit developed are either occupied by light skinned Africans, e.g Northern Africa, or have a large presence or influence of white skinned people, e.g South Africa. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

austinvsb: I have read the books. Still blame us for not taking our responsibility And I am not a kid, so better take that back, dear chap. THing is, if we went from being a exporter of raw materials to being an exporter of manugactured goods, and stopped expecting free stuff without paying the taxes for it....we would be very much like the West by now. Nothing is by design. We better accept our faults, and start doing something about it. 2 Likes 1 Share |
