So everyone I finally collected my login details today and still downloaded same letter my agent sent to me that time with same clause of proceeding with denial if I don't submit ielts. I have long submitted both ielts and medicals but no update yet. I guess I have to keep waiting then.

I have asked my agent for my new admission letter since he said he has deferred and this is his response "They said they will only issue new letter if the embassy request for it". Please do i need embassy to get my admission letter when I defer?
Now these are my issues: firstly I noticed my application number changed. The application number on my biometrics letter was diff from the NSE letter. I noticed it this year and asked questions and they gave me 4 diff answers. First they said IRCC asked them to apply thru NSE, another of his colleague said wen I did biometrics they did not get a response from ircc on time and they sent them an email and wen IRCC responded my application number was updated, he also said he forgot to upload mybank statement and cancelled to reapply and add it instead of the paper statement and later the agent said he did paper application in September and was asked to link it to online application so he did it in September 29th and my application number changed. Please were paper applications accepted in September when there was lockdown, and does app number change wen u link paper to online Plenty? Please let me know. Plenty stories but all I know is they reapplied on September 29th without telling me, my email was not used so I don't get mails, I don't have my password so I can't check anything. Also wen he submitted my application I drafted an sop and gave them to go thru and edit, they refused to show me the final document so I don't even knw what was submitted. I am just tired of everything. He said its against their policy to show u your own sop.
Next I have been thinking about is I have an EE profile and I told them before applying for this but we did not use same UCI. I don't knw if its okay or if diff UCI is okay since its a diff application.
I have ordered for my gcms notes as advised and I put my personal email. Please this is 32 days no response from caips gcms. I hope they did not send it to the email registered in my application even when I wrote my own email cos I don't even knw the mail they used to apply for me. For sometime agent stopped talking to me, said I was making troubles cos I sent them mail asking questions wen in doubt. He even mentioned he was going to report me to IRCC to ban me for 10yrs cos of the tune of my mail to them and I told him its not possible to be banned for conversation between u and your agent. Please the story is long but what can I do now? Can I send webform wen its not my email that was used to apply? I have sent mails to diff IRCC email addresses and got the same generic response of still under active processing. I don't even knw what eligibility review is cos I can't see my profile. And its same agent I used to get admission too. Please what is the solution and what are my chances? Even my own NSE letter has been different from what I've been seeing here. Mine specifically said I needed ielts and failure to submit before the deadline they wil assume I am no longer interested and proceed with denial not even option of normal processing route. This is an awful experience to be caught in. The truth is, your application has been refused and the agent quickly reapplied. Hence, why the change in your application number. The UCI number will never change no matter how many times you reapply.

The 8 months duration has been the time spent in which your agent has stayed experimenting with your application. No DLI will inform a prospective student of theirs that an LOA will only be issued upon request by IRCC.

After March 18, 2020, the paper route was temporarily suspended due to the novel COVID-19 and since then, there has been no clear indication on when the paper route will be reopened. This is amongst the numerous indicators that you are a size 5 ball in the middle of people that are intentionally passing you around playing with your intelligence whilst you run around in the middle helplessly.

IRCC has no authority nor right to ban any applicant for even a day let alone 10years for even writing a strongly worded letter of accusation of sentiment against a trained IRCC officer or an immigration lawyer/consultant let alone an unregistered agent.

If you are fed of the services of the agency, and if you know your application number, you have the choice to either withdraw the application (only feasible if eligibility or a decision hasn't been reached)—if you so fear that the agency might have used fraudulent documents for the (re-)application given that you have a running EE profile to avoid stories or send a webform using the new application number to request for a change of email whiles you link the application to a new created GcKey account or with the GcKey that have your running EE profile. This solves the case.

Owing to the backlogs been experienced by IRCC when requesting the GCMS notes, request again for the notes using CBSA as the department. At the moment it's just required for the so called NSE. However, NSE is becoming an essential requirement for study permit. There are lot free materials online. I don't consider the exam difficult. You must be prepared for the exam especially as a first timer.

The officer's concerns are clear. Improve on your letter and have your cousin show financial commitment. If you haven't pay your tutition, do so whether part or full, and have your LE transferred to you, and if possible set up a GIC.

For the home tie, the listed documents are sufficient. Just make the officer understand why they are sufficient enough to compel your return in your letter.

Wait?! As long as your sibling hasn't settled for recourse or out-of-school, and if your dad can as well meet the financial requirement for you, go ahead. Who knows if a civil war will break out tomorrow that will finally make the process more complicated for Nigerians.

Package your application and get your sibling to send you her transcript for lectures taken so far, paid tuition fees receipt(s), and other mandatory fees receipt(s) paid; just to prove that she is still in school, have not settled for recourse, and your father has been doing a good job by keeping to his sponsorship oath.

Whatever you do, try as much as possible to be convincing.

This is not a concern in whatever way to IRCC. You are at liberty here to make that decision base on your ability to take the risk and to absorb the shocker that comes with it.

Nothing is impossible with IRCC. Even if an application has been approved, it can still be refused if the decision was made by an induced error on the part of the officer.

A little story... In some years back, someone who had applied from Singapore after PPR and sending PP for the vignette to be appending – have the shocker of reality when the PP was returned without a vignette and a letter saying the application was approved by error and welcome to reapply.

I am not sure about the number of days the PP stayed with IRCC, but the moral of the story is nothing is impossible until formalizing a successful landing.

The same was also noted sometimes in 2018 or thereabout where approved applications with PPR were still sent for secondary review and refused followed by a PFL. The secondary review was the verification of the financial record.

I believe this explains the situation you presented. Send the MBS coupled with a letter of Reconsideration.

You may not be eligible or be able to meet the eligibility requirement for a the FSTP. It will be advised you focus on FSWP. With the two certificate, you will be claiming points for two or more certificate. However, I am not so sure if you can claim 2 or more... points with ACA (ICAN) though some have claimed to. Find out from the EE thread to be very sure.

1. I applied with my ND result to study Diploma in Computer Science in Thompson Rivers University. I was given conditional admission. Would I have any issue when applying for my student visa regarding things like "academic progression"? Or should I have applied for a post graduate Diploma?


2. Looking at the fees, I discovered that tuition fee including accommodation and everything is set at C$32,083.00 per year. Tuition fee per semester is around C$16,000+. I have a total of C$30,000. Would I be able to get a student visa with that amount in my account considering the tuition fees?

3. Do you think the fees of the school is too costly and I should consider applying to other schools? If yes, please, can you recommend other cheaper options?

Statistically speaking, only a small fraction of those who visit this thread happily post their PPR news.

The larger fraction is shared between those who don't care to share the good news and many of those who got a refusal.

Hence, there might have been some PPRs given out, but the fortunate folks have chosen to remain happy ghosts.

(I should add that only about 7% of visitors post here regularly (mostly to help others), 42% of visitors post only when they need help/assistance, while 58% of visitors are ghost-readers. These, however, are just my estimates based on my observation)

This is why I keep praying for those who help others. They don't get the appreciation they truly deserve.
