The Mi brand of phones are better than any infinix phone shikena.

Well most Nigerians buy phones based on affordability but I buy mine based on functionality.

I was hoping to get a phone with NFC, Smart Mirroring, V.R, smart gyroscope sensor, synaptic touch, day of light (For A.R real time measurement), a well calculated RAM/ROM size Etc on an infinix phone, well so far I've not seen.

It's either you get an infinix phone with 48MP rear with gyro at an incredible and outrageous amount.

The gaming experience on an Infinix phone is just below average for me but above average on a MI branded phone.

I enjoy playing PUBG on a RedMI than on an infinix phone for this reasons: communication latency is way behind.

Well, I use Infinix Hot 8. Bought it March 2020. Double camera. I am a heavy user, like my screen is on for more than 13 hours daily. I charge it only in the night when sleeping. The phone is fast. Quite fast. You don't expect me to use a slow phone though. The camera is superb. Quite strong phone. I only charge my phone with the follow come charger and no other charger ever since I bought. I handle it with care though. It works really well. No issues. I will always recommend Infinix to anyone.

I have owned 3 Corolla generations, (2005 matrix also called Corolla Matrix, 2012 Corolla & 2014 Corolla) I am a fan, i prefer it but i will never say it is better than a C Class, which is also a compact sedan like a Corolla.

Now back to phones, how will you compare Infinix to Xiaomi? Xiaomi brand is the worlds 3rd mobile phone manufacturer, an innovative company and a trend setter while Infinix is just cheap & affordable. You cant even compare Xiaomi's sub brands; PocoPhone & Redmi to Infinix.

Bros enjoy your Infinix, when you can afford something slightly more expensive buy one of Xiaomis plethora of affordable phones, you will curse the day you spent your hard earned money on infinix-whatever.

Still too early for a verdict.
Give it a few more months.
I know two people that got the Hot 9 almost at the same time; that was around October last year.
Currently these two phones are virtually unusable, like I don’t know how they manage.
The lagging is just unbelievable.
You click an app, it takes 10 seconds to load.
Task button takes even longer to respond.
Swiping through a list will make you wonder if your fingers are made of glass; minimal response.
Infinix used to be good but now they’ve just lost it. The hot 4 and hot 5 were both amazing phones; I think those were the last god hot phones they made. I think they maintained quality with the Notes though.
I know someone who still uses a Note 4 and the phone is fantastic, doesn’t lag a bit.
Anyone getting an infinix phone should at least go for a note.

I discovered that Tecno and Infinix phones are products of the same company. I give up on both phones.

Believe me most of their phones are designed to be used for a maximum of 6 months; the successor in that series should be out in that time, then sell and upgrade. Anything above 6 months you’re on your own.
I know a guy that uses a spark 3; same lagging issue.
Those phones are nothing but trash.

I'm using Redmi 8 since Dec. 2019. Each time I remove the pouch it feels new and with upgrade to MIUI 12, the phone still dey try. It doesn't hang also. I feel infinix camera dey loose quality as the phone ages.

Baba enjoy your Infinix, but don't go about spreading ruse. I never used an Infinix but I remember combing the internet for a replacement screen once for a friend, I found nothing but only cheap ones that never worked...plus a very daunting experience to change it, on the other hand, I changed my Xiaomi note 4x screen 3 times while I used it, by myself o, takes 15minutes, phone is so serviceable, you can readily buy all the parts. I hope the newer models are still made that way.

Don't even start about durability. The better chipset, etc. Overall Xiaomi provides a better experience in my opinion, and of course you have to pay a little more for that...that's why their products have gained acceptance in Europe and US, do they sell Infinix in these places?

Oh and my phone never heated up, lagged or hanged for 3 years, and I never repaired anything but the screen because once it falls and cracks, I change it.
