houseontherock:You see, statutory fees are okay most times but there are a lot of unscrupulous insertions that are frustrating Nigerians because of personal gain of the corrupt customs officers and agents. Same thing is been done on fuel and every other products. |

Mindlog: They're brand new tyres. Just that they stuffed them inside one another. It's a bad practice but very common in Nigeria with new and used tyres. Teejay13: It has to do with the way it was handled to evade paying duties. 1 Like |

Karlovych:What exactly is your problem?! If it was a northerner, you would all be shouting "friendly match" "family matter" and all sorts of rubbish. Moreover, we all know the experts in importing inferior materials are usually Igbo. No surprise that Vice-president wannabe, Obi, was saying he can get the vaccine for a fraction of the price. Lemme just stop talking. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

BrandSpurNG:inserting a smaller tire into a bigger ones does not affect the integrity, it saves cost. Those tires are made of thread. However turning cargo(plier) tires, raw flats tires into figure 8 and heaping others on it may affect the integrity. The son(standard organisation of Nigerian) is confiscating those tires because that man doesn't have there approval and hands has not been greased. Used tires(contraband) are what is usually smuggled into the country. |
