crazy kid

you so badly want to compare your country to Ghana but its good that you have realise that there is nothing that your country can match Ghana in.

You need relevance from us, just so you can roll shoulder to shoulder with our progress.

Kenya tarmac roads is 1/10th that of Ghana.
In this platform, Ghana is down the barrel.

The only relevant countries here are South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria.

I will also add Tanzania cos it's above Ghana in all ramifications.

Ghana is underdeveloped and a village.

For 8 months of 2020 - otherwise year ended with 20% up 6.5M.

Kenya construction industry had rough patch from 2015/2016 -- when Kenya parliament passed Interest rate Control act -- otherwise if it had followed projection it would already be 10M metric tonnes.

Now that we did away with Interest Rate control - Banks are now lending to the real estate sector.

As for Ghana - you bonobo cannot even distinguish btw Installed Capacity and real production and consumption.

Ghana consumption has not reached 5M.

Just30:
Shut the fuvk up you fool...

Kenya's cement consumption for the 8M20 has hit a decade-high of 4.37Mt, according to the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics. Consumption rose by 11 per cent form the 3.95Mt recorded in the same period a year earlier.

Kenyan cement consumption has not passed 4.18Mt since 2016 and the rise in 2020 comes during the disruptions of COVID-19. Small-scale construction projects were largely unaffected in Kenya by the pandemic and restrictions imposed in March 2020.

In 2020 Cement consumption in Kenya was 4.37Mt and that was the highest since 2010.

Mine is from Kenya National Bureau of Statistics. Don't tell me about international stuffs which gives projection and estimated figures.

Before data reaches any international platform, it should be scrutinized and analyzed by Kenyan government through the board above.

You can sing all you want but the fact will still remain, okay?

Kenya by now should be playing at nine point something if not ten.

I will not say all countries in West Africa are irrelevant but Ghana is absolutely irrelevant.

Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda etc are above Ghana. You might be doing better than Somalia, South Sudan or Burundi maybe.

Seek relevance somewhere.

Compare to Ghana, all East African countries are undeveloped.

That's is why they all use Ghana as their yardstick for development.

Relevance is when all East African countries had to be established by Ghana, except Ethiopia. grin grin

So mineral excite you like a typical sub-saharan country. You're going down. Now you depend on commodities like Nigeria.

Better to build an economy on gold, platinum, coal and iron ore than flowers and coffee wink. That is literally the definition of a banana republic (country that exports 1 or 2 products and runs a constant deficit). At any rate our manufacturing and services industries are still way superior to yours, from banks, to hotels, to steel production, to automotive production, we're way ahead mate.

SA has Africa's biggest and most advanced auto sector
Merc C-Class under production in SA

Mercedes-Benz has lifted the veil on its new generation C-Class. Production of the model is set to start later this year – for the local and export markets – at the Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) plant, in East London, following a R10-billion ($700m shocked) investment by the German parent company.

The investment included the construction of a new paint shop and body shop, an upgrade to the assembly plant and some new warehouses. The 2021 start of production of the new C-Class will mark the sixty-third anniversary of Mercedes-Benz production at the East London plant.

The new C-Class will be produced in the Mercedes-Benz plants in Bremen (Germany), Beijing (China) and East London (SA).

If we were to post little things, you'll be all surprised cos cranes are all over Nairobi.

We only post 20fls+ buildings and iconic apartments which can never be found anywhere in Ghana grin.
