brainmax2000:If it possible then it is a way and the question whether it is allowed does not deserve any attention. But what you may want to consider is the cost and time frame. Can you afford to keep using third party laptop to learn where you have little or no control over how it is maintained? Meaning you can loose your work or software/installation at anytime. Can you afford to waste hours of cafe time in debugging a code for three hours? Can afford to the amount of stress you will encounter? The stress, time and cost is just big to learn coding patiently in a time controlled environment with heavy cost. You’re better of going with a flash drive. Downloading PDFs and videos then watching and practicing it with someone else laptop. Best option is to lend money or do menial job and get yourself a core i3 laptop. If you can’t get any of those then I will advise you follow programming as a hobby and focus the bulk of your attention on any attainable skill you can find. Programming has no age limitations, as a hobby you can always come back to it later on. 1 Like |

Going the cyber cafe route will be more expensive. You can use your phone to start learning how to code. Which language are you learning? |

with your android phone you can learn a lot of programming languages. For java/android - use AIDE app HTML/CSS/JavaScript - all you need is a text editor(e.g DroidEdit) and a browser(e.g Firefox) php/mysql/wordpress - palapa webserver or penguin server etc python - QPython 3L 1 Like |

brainmax2000: You can actually learn, practice and build with an android phone. I learnt HTML, CSS and JavaScript with my android phone. Visit w3schools . com to begin and download Acode editor on playstore |

Yes if you can buy enough time and if they allow you to install your development environment. Overall the experience wouldn't be a good one |
