I take it that you mean it is better to book a flight where the POE into Canada is the Calgary International Airport (YYC) in Alberta.

My actual issue is this: my school is in Brandon, Manitoba, and Manitoba requires that upon entry you have to quarantine in the city you land in. If your POE is Toronto, there is no straight flight to Brandon from Toronto - you can only land in Winnipeg (and complete the 11 days quarantine there) before proceeding to Brandon.

However, If your POE is the Calgary Airport in Calgary, Alberta, you can take a straight flight from Calgary to the airport in Brandon and complete the 11 days quarantine there.

An answer to my question determines the choice of airline and the best route to Brandon without spending so much money.

Good day @the shaman if your port of entry is Toronto you must undergo a 3day Mandatory quarantine in Toronto before going to your intended destination for the remaining 11days.

To save you stress Alberta has a port of entry for international students also and Calgary is a city in Alberta

So just book a one way flight to Alberta if your school is in Calgary after the whole quarantine a private taxi should take you to Calgary.

Usually you get a biometrics request letter within 24 hours after online submission.

My opinion
A letter of sponsorship is meant to explain what your sponsor does,
Your sponsor's source(s) of income
His/her relationship to the applicant
The letter should show the sponsors readiness to finance your education, should also show that your sponsor understands the cost of your education in Canada
How much he/she has set aside for your education, etc....
An affidavit is just to legalize the fact that the sponsor will truly finance your education and everything is not just mouth

Is the account a normal account or a mutual funds account? If it's a normal account stanbic does MBS, just send a mail to their customer care, they usually respond with 24 hours.
But if it's a mutual funds account, they do not operate the MBS way yet.

An affidavit explaining the discrepancies and declaring the actual name will solve your problem

Just arrange it accordingly with
-Statement of purpose
-Letter of explanation

Then other documents can follow
All the best.

Just write to them via web form and express your wish to withdraw..you will write and write oo not just once.. at least once in two weeks..that was what I did..continuous reminder ooo

Required Documents for Biometrics at VFS Office
- Biometric Instruction Letter
- Appointment letter
- Your International Passport
- 2 Coloured Copies of ur International Passport Data Page (Print this before going to the Biometric Center (VFS Office), cos if u don't , u would be left with no choice than to print it at an outrageous amount at the center)

Note: Ignore any tout or anyone that comes to meet you that you need Passport Photograph, Passport Photograph is not needed

Please I need some guru's in the building to advice me regarding my student permit application.

I already got letter of acceptance in Manitoba Institutes of Trade and Technology Winnipeg, One year Certificate program. I want to sponsor my self and i would get letter from my employer to confirm i work with the company. Like how much fund will I have in the account after paying part of the tuition fees and what are the other supporting document i would need.
