I no dey fight you bros please apologies if you feel offended by the way I may have sound.

Tje truth is I only meet that guy just once just like I stated earlier but I have worked with him more than 4times if I'm not mistaken.

The person that made the post self is a different person and he does make post here once in a while, I remember he gave out two cars here on this platform on HP so drivers here jave benefited from his post so it wont be nice because that your post could have or is capable of scaring people away Since like you rightly pointed out he doesn't post often here.

Mind you bros, we have a lot of silent observers here oooh I'm tellimg you, just this week alone I've received more than 6calls from.this group seeking advice in the business.

My wife is advising me to even go into fleet managment now and I'm thinking seriously about it.

To that man that recharged my line with recharge card worth of 3k God will bless you richly ooh your business will flourish. And another that sent me money self I appreciate you all o god bless you in jesis name
No offense taken bro, I had to make that statement from whats going on in the country and how gullible persons are being lured to their deaths.

This is one disadvantage of ehaling and perhaps any job that requires active involvement. If you don't work for just two days, especially for those with lots of bills to pay, you will feel the financial "loss" immediately.

Unlike my 8-5 that I can take a two day sick leave and still collect my full salary at the end of the month grin

May I ask you few questions regarding 8-5 work and ehailing combo please?

Do you drive only after 5pm?
When you work after close of work, what earning range do u make for that day?
And what time do you close if you work from 5pm?

Thanks

Indriver probably wants pay as you go. Prepaid. Pay in advance.

And forget it, indriver has come to stay, heck, the market is too huge for 2 operators.
With a commission of 9.5%, that's still single digit.

They should work on a minimum threshold for the fares, not someone who wants to go from festac to V. I with 1,500. That's ridiculous. There's no excuse saying that's what I can afford, there are other options, e. g. Danfo.

And they don't need to have physical offices in Nigeria like Uber and Bolt to avoid LASG wahala. They have penetrated Lagos market through Guerilla marketing strategy without having any office or staff. Brilliant!

I have been sending messages to them. Let every driver using their platform keep doing same too. They need to change the payment system. Also, there should be payment threshold like other apps before blocking driver from taking request. With just 50 niara Commission, their system won't allow you take request. With time, riders will lose interest once they can't find driver on time.

They will sought this thing out this week, just they went so unprofessional about it.

They have an office and staff too.
Met one of their ogas when they first started.
There was a week when they gave full tank of petrol to best drivers. cool.
A staff was @ MOBIL, VI orchestrating fill ups.

The problem is that, I don't know how to answer these questions without giving too much information away.

And you know this is a public forum, if my employers get wind of it, even if they may not be able to trace it directly to me, they can easily block off what makes it possible for me to do ehailing.

Like I once told pope, it is not your regular kind of office job. You get called to work when there's a need. Just like the way you call your electrician when there's an electrical problem. Only difference is that, we are on salary.

Unfortunately, this is the most I will be able to say.

Really? Never knew this

But no driver has had any cause to go to their offices for issue.
They should save themselves the cost and let their staff kuku work from home

Does not work everytime.

In my experience,It only works when the fare is small. Less than 1k

It has worked 3times for me (depends on how you compose your message, in d 4,300 I told them it was almost causing a scene so I had to let go. Bolt don’t want you to fight with customer, they are also protecting their brand)
First : 1,700
2nd: 4,300
3rd : 1k
Though this last time, I was told not to confirm ride again if I don’t get alert.
During the interrogation with bolt enquire/support team.
I had to tell them that the mode of payment is 1.Card and 2.cash so they don’t expect me to be going online to check my alert. The woman come calm down.

But you be Goat you don chup too many bonus, they won’t pay you back

Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke. Other potential problems include obesity, depression, impairment in immunity and lower sex drive. Chronic sleep deprivation can even affect your appearance.

I know naija is hard.

I know you have to hustle to keep your home running.

I know its hard to survive in this country.

I know you're owning someone and the person is on your neck.

But please try and have some rest. Even if its gonna be 1 day off sleep and eat well.

If you die, your car will be sold/given to somebody. Hustle is good but try and rest to prepare for tommorow.

Next week is another holiday for Ramadan I'del.... Plan before that day and have some rest make use of opportunities on that surge days to make some money..

I know that you, you and you reading this will not yield to this advice but think about your loved ones.

Peace

I don't know wettin una dey complain about oh.

When I heard about the Indrive commission two days ago. What I did first thing in the morning yesterday before going online was to test their payment method. And I successfully topped up 2k with my card even when I still have their 1,100 bonus.

The payment is 100% same way you top up your Lekki Toll-gate card.

This is why I don't like offline. I'm always never lucky with it.

Took one lady to her tailors house. The house was quite difficult to locate but we eventually found it. The trip ended N2000

Said she'll call me when she was done since I already knew the place. Told her that will depend on where I am.

As fate will have it, when she called, I was not too far off and had been positioning waiting for a request.

So if figured it was better if I just went to pick her and do it offline. I'll use the money bolt would have taken as compensation for fuel wasted to pick her up.

On the way to her house and halfway into the journey, she got a call from the Tailor she had forgotten her wig. Turns out she removed it when she got there and didn't remember to use it while leaving.

As she told me to pls turn back, my face changed immediately. She noticed and assured me she was going to compensate me.

Long story short, trip ended and she gave me N2500. If it had been a bolt ride, I probably would have earned more than the N2500 after commission.

The fuel I used to get to her eventually wasted. I for just stay where I dey. Offline for me, never again.

Loyal servant to bolt and uber... I was once like you to uber, was so loyal to the etent that I'll even do Sango to Sangotedo online even when the rider requested for offline trip would end 10k+ uber would say "your earning is N7500" mumu me I'll be happy smiling like a sheep being lead to a sacrificegrin little did I know I was only doing myself.

As a rugged and hoodlum driver, you can succeed in managing fleet. Give it a trial. It doesn't really stop you from your personal driving.

Good luck

Thanks bros, so I'm looking at opening a business name just as to make it official.

People can even start sending in their enquiry for this purpose.

This is mainly for those that don't have the time to supervise their drivers or business

Those that are not making profit as they ourght.

Those driver partners are making them go through he'll coming back every week with different excuses/lies.

I'll help you manage your fleet so you can get mire from your car earnings

Are you aware that Bolt has a health isurance for every driver that falls sick while driving?

There's a way people can activate it to get s9me money out during sick period and for hospital bills.

Either bolt of Uber I guess, you can query your app by email to know more then I can help you with tips on how to activate if I can see that health insurance agreement.
