This news is misleading.. We only heard of herders which includes mainly women, children, men cattles and their livestocks. And from information gathered so far, nothing incriminating has been found with them. So I don't see the reasons for labelling an entire tribe as bandits by leadership. Since they are from Niger republic they should be excorted back.
