In as much as I don't celebrate the death of any person, especially that of a good person, Why is it that Naija church people always believe that only them have monopoly of olodoness and mumuism?

Exmaple:
When a Juju priest who claims he has power over death, loses his son at an early age. Church people will be saying: God has caught him, he thinks he can play God, he thinks this his juju nonsense that are from the devil will save his son. Jesus has showed him that he alone is God and he alone has power, his juju is rubbish, juju that he can't even use to save his son. . bla bla bla.

When a famous athiest dies or loses a loved one. Church people will be saying things like:

"It has just started, he hasn't seen anything yet, God was just looking at him, you can't mock God, we've been telling him that God will deal with him and he thinks we are joking, return to God or face more death, pains and disappointment in your life, your life will remain in crisis as long as you are without Jesus. You have no life without Jesus, his yeye belief is of the devil, God will surely deal with him more" bla bla bla.

Famous Pastor that always says he talks with God, drinks tea with God, tells people that the secret to long life is by paying tithes, tells people that they will never die early as long as they pay tithes, tells people that they will never bury their children when they pay tithes or believe in his God, claims he has the power to extend peoples lives amidst other yayaya yama yama talk loses son:

Christians will now start telling atheist and traditionalist to exercise caution and not mock the pastor because it's bad to mock the dead bla bla bla.

Why do you guys ALWAYS HATE THE TASTE OF YOUR OWN MEDICINE? WHY?

What I believe as one of Jehovah's Witness who was from another religion before I became one of JWs:

James 1 verse13: when under trial, let no one say I am being tried by God. For God does not try people with evil, nor can God be tried.

Be it anyone..

your belief is your right, I don't question it. But it doesn't relate to my point here at all.

most times they understand it but their loyalty is to their religion, so they discard logic, truth, honesty. Religion and politics are the same. No matter what you have to defend your political party and your religion. It's so sad. undecided undecided

@urchoded, what you typed is so right.

That’s the hypocrisy that comes with religion.

Those who serve the Uncreated One in Spirit and Truth reason beyond that basic level of comprehension.

Oh well, it is what it is.

Christianity is stupidity. God and heaven does not exist. Even Jews don't believe in Jesus. Africans are the most stupid and brainwashed people in history

You rightly titled them Church goers at the first, now you say Christians which is not the same!

He that doeth wrong is not Christ like or Christian but you find all kinds of persons in the place called Church hence Church goers as you had rightly said!

Then to your question, you would find that man is wicked and his wickedness is revealed in situations such as these!

He never ceases up an an opportunity to revile and abuse another but when he finds himself in the same shoes as him whom he reviled, he tells you to exercise caution and refrain from doing the same to him!

All men do this and are guilty of this offence!

Don't confuse "church people" with Christians. Church people are generally GO)pastor worshippers (with God being secondary). Christians worship God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Following the spirit, we know a good death and a bad death. even you too know when God's Judgement has been executed on a person which is why we say "it serves you right" or God bless this person ooh!

Every adult human knows these differences!

They (Christians) have no idea they are as ordinary as everyother persons out there..

The same fortune and misfortune befall us all.
I've seen Christians fail exams, fail interview, get sick and even die sef, get involved in accidents, die prematurely etc.. Same fate Also befall non-Christians...

Good fortunes also go round, rich, healthy Christians and non Christians and just like that..

The early we realized that theres nothing special about any of us, the better for us..

We do! We know that we are creations and that we did not create ourselves.

Uyi168:

The same fortune and misfortune befall us all.

We know that but we also know how to avoid misfortune

Uyi168:

I've seen Christians fail exams, fail interview, get sick and even die sef, get involved in accidents, die prematurely etc.. Same fate Also befall non-Christians...

Yeah we know that too but we also know the differences between that which is Good and that which is not good!

Uyi168:

Good fortunes also go round, rich, healthy Christians and non Christians and just like that..

That's why we tell you that God is Very very Good oh! Because He will still give good to those who still abuse and hate Him , I will give them ONLY Wickedness and evil if I were Him, (make I speak my mind).

Nevertheless, we understand!

Uyi168:

The early we realized that theres nothing special about any of us, the better for us..

We know our Creator loves us and is very much interested that it should be well and good with us,

So because He Loves us even if we do not love ourselves, we are thankful for we see how you guys take care of your own creations, hmm! undecided

using the analogy I gave which I have observed countless times, this is the habit of christians worldwide. There might be exceptions but it's a normal thing for a christian to see the death of an unbeliever as god's judgement or punishment. You'll only be lying to yourself if you are denying this.

C'mon! shocked have you not seen, experienced and heard of a certain persons death and you knew that he was Struck by God?

Eg Abacha's death, I have difficulty remembering the names of those whose deaths made huge waves eg Ritualists of the 1999s and 2000s, the Kennedy family deaths, the Von erichs deaths etc

Then there are those who you knew died well exactly as the Bible describes a righteous dying eg of one I knew personally who hit the Papers too, Dr Ambrose Anegbe of UCH Ibadan Google too got him, I think.

These things are seen and are not hidden

Now do not be unfair and unreasonable because you did not like my answer, did I say I control death upon a person?

Did i not simply state that you and I and all adults know when God's Judgement has been executed on a person?

So of course you knew that I said God can determines when, how and what type of death whether good or evil a certain person gets out of the ordinary.

For it is seen and Known that a righteous man dies well and the very evil man dies horribly!

This is a Fact which is seen hospitals, mortuaries and wakes, so I am not responsible for your not liking this Truths which have been seen and experienced.

I answered your earlier question which you presented which was the hypocrisy of churchgoers in that they revile another and when they find themselves in the same situation, they ask for restraint by showing you that All Men do same and are guilty of that offence!

Now you have clearly come out to say your problem which is that Christians see the death of Unbelievers as God's Judgement or Punishment which was not your presentation initially!

To answer you, I say yes!

Why?

Because we know that being creations, it is wise for all creations to do the will of their Creator and that all creations who do otherwise shall Surely be Destroyed and Dealt with by their Creator!

Thus we know that such Punishment/Destruction is inevitable and unavoidable!

Hence when it comes, we Must Exclaim and say "Here lies a foolish and rebellious creation and this is what becometh him"

It is only natural and rightful for that is the end of foolish creations and we shall proclaim it, whenever and wherever it occurs!

well that's nonsense because unbelievers and christians all die alike. No distinction. Accidents kill both, sicknesses and diseases kills both, some Christian virgins are even raped to death right inside the church. So if bloating against the death of an unbeliever as an achievement of your God makes u feel proud and special, continue but it's obvious it's all poo. Everyone dies alike.

well, christian virgins are raped to death right inside the church, so much of a good death considering the fact that she obviously was calling out for God to save her and he silently whispers to her, baby girl take these deeks, if you can't withstand them, die and come and meet me in heaven because I said so. Very good death.

U guys have really lost touch of reality.
