The problem of "Hungry Authors" still persists in Nigeria.
Most authors allow their books to be published these days without allowing an expert to proof-read. That author might not be that bad. It was the publisher and typist that messed up.

If NYSC taught us anything, it's to tell us that this abysmal level of literacy is quite common place in all nooks and crannies of Nigerian Tertiary institutions.

After listening for days on end to the submissions of fellow platoon members for the daily moral inspiration, I used two nights to prepare one for my platoon and subsequently took charge of preparing the morning inspiration messages for my platoon, lest we disgrace our degrees before others.

I cringe at the courage that'll inspire one who knows she isn't technically gifted at manipulating words to actually write a novel. cry

Funny enough in the least a descent book has little to do with literary arts she's just a horrible/ unpolished writer with a poor team .

Reminds me of the book " last days at forcdos high "
