PLEASE IF MY BANK STATEMENT CERTIFICATE IS UPLOADED, WILL THE VISA OFFICER SEE THE ACCOUNT BALANCE IN REAL TIME? OR THE BALANCE AS AT THE TIME THE TICKET WAS GENERATED? IF A WITHDRAWAL IS MADE AFTER ONE HAS SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION, WILL THE VISA OFFICER SEE IT? 2 Likes |

Good day guys, great work you all are doing here I want to ask, For my statement of account, I intend to receive about 3m from my mentor, saved about $3500 on my Dorm account which I intend to withdraw, change to Naira and add to my supposed balance, and sell my car worth about 2m and also move my saved piggy vest money to complete the money ... Can anyone help me with how I should present this in my SOP Thank you |

AdoChel: The visa officer will only be able to check the amount in the stated period of the statement of account you submitted and not anything after that as the bank cannot breach confidential information to third parties. But what the visa officer can do again is to ask for an extended statement of account later if they feel suspicious about the authenticity of the money in the account. It’s not a standard practice tho, they just do it sometimes. It will end in praise 4 Likes |

No but you can get a request for updated MBS. I know someone who got request for MBS after request for medicals. Unfortunately, he has moved the funds after his submission, he resubmitted his MBS but got a refusal. AdoChel: |

ooa1st: Regarding this, I reached out. I was told that this is a good idea and also if we could also reach out to the Nigerian embassy in Ottawa as well. I was able to get the contact details online: chancery@nigeriahcottawa.ca +1-613-236-0521-3 I would suggest sending the draft we made for ircc to them and also for those in Canada that can place a call. We can also try to find the ambassador of the Nigerian embassy on social media @ him as well. Name: Mr Ojo Uma Maduekwe, High Commissioner So when is the movement starting on twitter? I don’t think we need to create fake account, just like Indians who went to the embassy itself to complain, we are expressing our concerns as well from our keypads. Canada need us as much as we need them because they generate income from our school fees payment, visa fees and so on. We are only asking to be treated right and fair, I don’t think it’s wrong. 11 Likes 1 Share |

gracedson: Please how do you use the services of this mybankstatement? I logged into my Stanbic IBTC Bank internet banking, I used the link to request for statement to be sent directly to embassy. I'm wondering if I'll get the same file with the ticket number and password. The customer care person I spoke to doesn't seem to understand the process. Please can you guide me? 1 Like |

I was denied a Canadian student visa this year January And I have moved to UAE since then and I want to try my luck again... please can I process a Canadian student visa as a Nigerian living in another country... I am residing in UAE currently and I want to process a student visa... is there a way to go around it without going back to Nigeria. Thanks. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by canadasool: 6:48pm On May 12, 2021 |
Yes. You can process it from the UAE as long as you have a valid residence here. HorlarJP: |

Frankrobbn1:Hello Mr Frank, I’m new here and I’m don’t know how to ask a fresh question. My inquiry is concerning studying(graduate program) and working and living in canada. I have a degree in medical laboratory science which i got 2 years ago so my work experience is just 1 year internship and 1 year nysc. I finished with a 2.9 CGPA which makes me ineligible for a masters, my next options are grad dip, grad cert and advanced dip The only grad dip i found have intakes for only sept and this year is already gone in respect to visa application. But i have found some programs for grad certificate and advanced diploma with jan 2022 intakes - I found a couple grad certificate programs for health care administration/manag. in some colleges in ontario, fanshawe, st lawrence etc -then advanced dip for biotechnology fast track What do you think is best in respect to acquiring a student visa and also finding a good job and settling in canada? I look forward to your help. Thanks. |
