It's not that easy because of this Covid issue of a thing. They can't just be using the same bathroom , toilet , changing room etc without breaking the FA and UK Covid guidelines. Everything had to be separated . If there was no Covid. they will just divide the facilities easily.

So they gave them tents for changing room, provided them with mobile toilets and their bathroom was a little bit at a distance. You can't blame them, it was impromptu.
