Black Americans used to teach tutorials for Tax refund fraud to others in their basement

Some of them were busted some years ago

Our own is to blow up scams we didn't start

There was a gift card scam invented by one drug addict guy on Quora, very sophisticated stuff

And to make matters more interesting... while indeed Nigerians do a lot of romance scams (fooling a random white woman/man with love), the "Nigerian Prince" scam that got us famous is in fact not done by Nigerians...most of that scam format came from westerners, who just taught it'd be cool to use the name of the prince of some "rich" African country to make money using the middle east format.

No real Nigerian would use the word "Nigerian Prince", cos we all know kings and princes are within village/town jurisdictions, not at National level. Which is not surprising, how every single "Nigerian Prince" scammer that has been caught till this date has turned out to be a white American.

I was telling someone yesterday that it's a big slap on me as an African to fall for an Asian scam. They called me more than 4 times yesterday and saying all sort of things . An Asian guy called using a lyca number saying my NI has been reported for fraud and I have to confirm my NI, and call my bank details for them to resolve the issue.
I spoke with him for almost 15 minutes telling him why fraud is bad for him and he later apologised for calling me.

This is not entirely true, this variation of scam (Nigerian Prince ) is done and made popular largely by Nigerians . Victims are mostly foreigners.

It's even funnier when Indians try to scam a Nigerian. I mean, before scam, Nigeria was.

Thank u, that setting is something else o. I use hand to control the wash now as the machine can wash for 3hr non stop.

And the landlord do not agree that we should by our own.

I had to read up the manual of my machine model online. I noticed it was washing for up to 3hrs. I realised that there is a particular setting appropriate for clothes that are not so dirty (clothes that can easily be hand washed), this runs for just 1hr (from wash to spin). Our clothe no dey doti for here as per no mud or plenty untarred road. So this should just be appropriate

Well, I mustard the courage and told her, broke everything down to her and I'm glad she understood. Though her son already told her.

I believe so, even for agency as long as it is legit. You will be required to input the name of company/agency which should pop up if registered.
Tell them to take the assessment first to see if they qualify.

Yes na, you qualify but a reimbursement claim cannot be made for any period before 31 March 2020.

Feb-March 30, 2020 isn’t much of a loss. Imagine someone that paid for 3yrs ihs in Jan 2018 or 2019 and is working in a health care settings.

You are right.... every penny helps

Me that my ears are everywhere I missed this and didn't know it was applicable to even Tier 4 student visa and their dependants

A lot of student jobs are within the care industry so I hope Naija students are aware or get aware so they can claim a refund back

Hi Stenon please I sent you a request!
I have just gotten a PGCE with QTS admission to a university in London I’ll like to ask you some questions.
Thank you.
STENON:
what is your qualification and teaching experience ?

Please I need help, I’m new here
Don’t really know how to go about asking.
I’m a Physics Education Graduate with TRCN Certification.
I am Waiting for The lockdown on schools to be lifted so I can complete my Masters in Educational Psychology. I just have my external defense left. I have more than 4 years as a physics teacher in Nigeria though in a private school and I have a year plus experience as an educational psychologist working with students.
Please how can I apply to the U.K. as A teacher and what do I need to help aid the process. Thank you.
I got your PM, sorry, I am happy to answer your questions here please. I am selective with responding to people based on my experience here.

You have good and most sought-after certificates. Physics Education plus Psychology. Wow... Bravo!! Best option is to apply for MSc just to be able to get student visa and be eligible to work. It is very impossible to be able to get an employer who is willing to sponsor work visa for you directly from Nigeria.

Thank you, I’m coming with my spouse he’s an IT specialist. The school is in London and London is really expensive. My questions:
1) My school is full time, Monday - Friday! 9-4 pm. This means I might only be able to work weekends! Please what opportunities are available for weekend jobs and any idea of the rates?
2) Also accommodation in London is pretty expensive Any ideas about cheap studio places we can stay that’s close to London or cities can we stay outside London where I can still commute to school.

Answering your second question, if you are on a really low budget you can check Milton Keynes. I heard accommodation is lesser there nd the commute to london isnt bad. Also i don’t know what your budget is or when u intend coming to london but i have a double ensuite room i rent in east Landon(6 mins to stratford).

@Justwise and other guru, can a tier 4 visa holder work more than 20 hours if he or she is employed by NHS as a Vaccinator? Saw something related to this on Home office website. Advice please!

No. You can’t work more than 20hrs per week.
