No 2 question is Can one have the same address as the work and accommodation address? Because I can’t seem to find any other address on that work permit aside this

the proof that you will be returning after your contract expires in Poland is the Multiple Entry return flight ticket you will be required to submit for Flight itinerary when submitting your documents for visa approval and you will state it in your Cover Letter that you intend returning after your contract expires in Poland back to Nigeria that's why you book a multiple Entry return ticket not a one way ticket and your return date should be close to or when your one year work permit date sent to you expires.
in the Visa application form you are required to just state if you are currently working and state the name and address of your employer with their phone number and email.

2. just state any address you found on the work permit documents sent to you because that's the ones the embassy will verify before issuing you visa.
you should have 4 set of documents
1.the main contract documents stating your salary with the beginning and the end of your contract date
2. a guarantee letter from the company stating that you will work in their company and no where else and you will return after your contract expires.
3. accommodation documents of the address and house number where you will stay
4. letter of Visa request for you to the embassy.

I finally made the application o. The agent said minimum of 2 months. Please does anyone know why I have to wait for 2 months Asin the way its doing me, I don't know if I wont develop hypertension before 2 months oo.. also, they said the seasonal work permits was stopped for africans last week Friday, so I have to apply the 1 year work one.. which usually has less visa chances.. so thats another worry for me :/ I have sha done it..
Also, please what were the stuffs u prepared while waiting for the work permit? I want to start looking for them.. .. please assist ya sister oo

I have been reading your post since you joined this thread and how desperate you are getting

The only way you will stop this panic is when that little money you have is taken away from you by crooks hanging around here. Stop this desperation and take your time to research before contacting agents.

There are more scammers here than real agents

You emailed some agents and they did not reply within hours or days you started worrying and complaining, are you the only one emailing them?

Don't get tired. Maybe you are just been protected from scam. Keep checking and from those you get no rush. One will deliver. By tomorrow wearing of masks in Public places will end in Poland. Most public places gyms, pubs, offices etc will open by month end so I guess govt work will be faster and processing of work permit will pick faster. All d best

So today, I was sent confirmation for my 1 year work permit. They said it will be ready by 30.06.21

I have called the Office to confirm the application number and it has all checked out.

I will always keep updating till the end.

Please let us all share progress so that everyone can have hope and make progress..

Please this confirmation is for those who applied 1 year work permits. If u applied seasonal work permits before it was stopped 2 weeks ago, u cant have the proof of confirmation. Ask your agencies.
