good morning sir/ma base on your question p v c laminate floor is the same durability with Spanish tile and Italian floor but the different is installation and also price like 23x120 Spanish porcelain wooden tile is 6800 while 20x120 p.v.c laminate is 8500 per meter and installation for per meter is 1200 while for wooden tile is 500 per meter for installation but the both is the same quality but all depend on your budget and their many sizes for Spanish wooden tile than p.v.c laminate like 30x150, 30x120, 23x120, 24x90 ,30x60, 15x60, 19x57 etc all this you can get it for normal wooden floor tile

If I get your response correctly, what you said is
1. Laminate flooring is more expensive
2. It is of the same quality and durability with ceramic or porcelain tiles
3. Tiles provides more options in terms of sizes.
