According to what I just read on the website, your WAEC is actually enough and Nigeria is one of the countries exempt from english proficiency. See attached screenshots* Tacogado: 2 Likes

Maygirl953: See my responses below: - Ontario graduate certificate programs are the same as post graduate diploma. - You can secure a study permit with a 1-year post graduate diploma program. Several success stories on this platform can verify this statement to be factual. It will end in praise |

TennieYF: You should have used the full name as written on your international passport to electronically transmit the documents to IRCC instead of the name on your birth certificate. At this juncture, you've submitted your application and nothing can be done. The error can be rectified when you got for your biometrics. It will end in praise |

Erica661: It is possible to send additional documents to IRCC to be included with your in-process application. However, there is no room available to remove documents that have been received by IRCC. The immigration officer will make a decision based on the information/documents present on file. Hence its imperative to be truthful as possible in your application so as to avoid costly mistakes. Good day house I was denied a Canada study visa based on this reason I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment Please how can I respond to this situation if I want to reapply |

Biot34:Are you currently employed? Or have you been unemployed for a while, how much is your stated salary, is your work freelance and remote? I believe your gcms note will shed more light on the main concern, request for your gcms notes. |

Hello, I want to immigrate to Canada through the study route. I have a second class lower degree. From the earlier pages I have seen.. People say 30k cad is enough. Is it possible my wife and children can accompany me. What would be the minimum pof if they will accompany me. What colleges or universities can I get a 2 years course with my 2.2 Bsc degree. Most I have seen, request for high GPA or the course would be a 1 Yr duration duration. Requesting for anyone's generous assistance. Thanks |

And also do I need to submit my personal statement of account and my business tax clearance cos I am self employed and that is what I used as my home tie. |

Good evening Everyone, I want to confirm if IRCC verifies transcripts/certificates from Nigerian Universities one graduates from. Does IRCC verify transcript/certificate submitted for study permit applications? I am asking this because of some delays that maybe present in Nigerian universities. Thanks. |

voluminous87:Hi, please I also want to know chances for a third class. I won't mind if I can get list of few schools that do accept third class for masters course. Thanks. |

OmaJoe1: No, they don't verify them. Why would they, when they know that Nigerians have a very stellar reputation for being honest? |

Please what are my chances of getting a trv with an advanced diploma admission (Seneca College). I have a BSc but going for a different field. And not interested in doing masters in my bachelor's field (as all options are expensive). I'm not that old (21) and I want to start a new career. Thanks for your prompt response. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Nobody: 8:16pm On May 15, 2021 |
kinnad: You most likely will never find a school that accepts a third class degree for master's. Very hard to see; but even if you see, it will likely be a school not worth attending, perhaps a University of Farmington. Your best option, I think, is to opt for a postgraduate/graduate diploma program in a college. |

kinnad:With a 3rd Class, you can't apply for an MSC in Canada, your best shot is to apply to a college for a PG. CERT PROGRAM that relates to your B.SC or HND Degree or a PG. Cert program that relates to your job Sequel to that, - what did you study in school? - What is the name of your Job? - Do you have study gaps (what year did you graduate)? you might just get suggestions here on PG. Cert Programs and colleges you can apply to based on your response to the above questions |
