Good day all,

Pls I need advices on behalf of my sister. Her husband wants her to relocate to the UK with the children by going through education route (Master's). However, she didn't complete her University degree having discovered it was a fake admission in year 2.

Now the problem is, she never told her husband and she's very remorseful about it. Although she's willing to tell him but It might be disastrous if she does that right now.

Pls what course can she do in the UK with her 90's WAEC certificate taking the education gap into consideration and coupled with the fact that she needs to bring her children along?

I leave this to those in education to answer....... But from my little knowledge, she might have to start from a college. Then build up from access courses, to eventually commencing a Bsc........

To the best of my knowledge, only those studying courses above undergraduate level can bring along their families, and I don't think WAEC SSCE (which is O level) provides any access route to anything other than undergraduate level courses.

Best option for her is to come clean to the husband and see how they can restrategise their Plan B.

Non, it will be easier for her to come clean to her husband than to get an admission in the UK with WAEC at MSc level.

Alternatively she can enrol for HND in Nigeria and use the result for MSc admission in the UK

What is the husband qualification? Let the wife persuade him to apply for MSc while the wife and the children come as his dependant angry

It will be difficult to persuade someone that feels defrauded. Imagine the man thinking he married a graduate and most likely has told all & sundry.. only to find out it was a bit of a scam. He will feel terrible. Understandably so. Now is not the time to convince. It’s time to beg and say sorry cry

Abi, The content of what you teach is more important than faking an accent that does convey any sensible learning

You can't do that o. It is an abuse. I once tapped my student at the back as a way of making her concentrate in class and it was called an abuse. Just teach and ignore their naughtiness. Students have power more than Teachers , and the law is always in their favour, unlike what we have in Nigeria.

What type of visa are you applying for? Depends on the visa type, could be 15 working days for visitor's visa to 6 months for settlement

It's health and care visa, under shortage occupation list. I have to resume work by 15th but I didn't get an earlier TB date which inturn delay my visa application. Am just worried if I would be able to meet up with the 15th. I was even thinking of paying for priority visa but I didn't get the option when I wanted to pay for visa. I hope I will get a decision before the 15th though.

OMG, this part I don't like to tell people.

I am in a school in the North of England and their accent their na die. It was hard for the students to understand my accent at first. Everytime it's PARDON.
I had to fine tune my accent eventually, and try to speak slowly (this is still hard cos I sometimes stutter).

The clarity in speech comes with time but with conscious effort.

Hey guys, please I am confused on which account to open, I have a virtual bank account which I have been using but I want to open a normal bank account as the virtual account restricts me. What bank would you advise that I can get access to credit card to build my credit profile and ease of banking.
In my 3rd semester so is it advisable to open a student account?

Good morning,

Please I need help with understanding health and care worker visa and how it works.

- Can someone on tier4 visa switch to health care visa?
- Is it only NHS job or working for any care organisation eg. Care home, community care in the UK qualify one for a health care visa?
- Are health care workers, health care assistant, clinical assistant eligible for health care visa?
- Can a tier 4 dependant visa holder apply for health care visa?

Thank you
