On d contrary. Bombs dropped from planes usually have their targets and these targets are within civilian populated areas. D bombs cause collateral damage which is reflected in d number of civilians killed, a very unfortunate development, especially for d children. But what Hamas is doing is to provoke Israel to retaliate so that these scenes can play out daily & it can then say "Israel is killing civilians, women & children".
