How come the kaduna state governor amidst most governors always saying they don't have control over the police declare someone wanted, isn't that the job of the police to do after prior investigation? I don't think that Hellrufai understands the way democracy works. He is a born tyrant. Even during the military era, NLC had worked without fear of intimidation. Why are these Fulani political class this ruthless, scary and desperate?

I understand your concern about state policing however it is a necessity whose time has come!
Its no longer sustainable for us to remain in this grossly outdated system where the security operatives only act based on directives from the centre!
The unitary system of security is the sole reason for the insecurity we are witnessing in nigeria presently!
Even the climes where we copy our democracy from practice state policing because they know insecurity is local and must be tackled from its root!
What you can do is to appeal to the legislative arm of government to map out the required laws that will properly protect the police from undue influence esp from its parent sponsors just the same way its obtainable in other developed climes!
