I have 3 questions please

1. Does anyone know when the german visa application is closing for the year
2. Does anyone know if the DAAD stibent program scholarship is enough to put you on Category A
3. Does the original formal obligations apply to masters applicant & does the guarantor have to be a permanent resident (in this case the guarantor is working and living there for more than 3 years but yet to get PR)

Well, some people don't get up to a month to get themselves in order.

Again, we don't even know what Naira is saying lol. Before you know blocked account fit enter 7m

Baba I disagree on this. If an AD land on May 5th and you were told to report to the embassy on 2nd June, are you saying that's not enough time to source for forex?

I'll never show remorse for such guys that will willingly trapped their hard earn money in a foreign land on the basis of "they don't even know what the naira is saying"

2. Yes.
3. Applies to MSC too and needs to be a PR

I've been trying to upload documents to uni-assist websites since yesterday and it hasn't been possible. Meanwhile, the documents are in pdf format and of small seize. Has anyone else experienced this in the past and how were you able to resolve?

On this forum, I heard of one category A

Booked for appointment March 23rd, 2021
Got a response with AD on March 24th, 2021
Interview March 29th, 2021.

Where is the time?

If you have the money, Omo block it. Naira is VERY volatile.

Also, doesn't it take some working days for the money to reflect?

Let me even blow your mind, if you opened a blocked account last year September and you decide to withdraw your money in Naira now, you would have made an extra N800,000

Check it.

grin Bruv no consider that side ooh e don cast.

Only if you are a citizen, you have a permanent residency or a residence permit older than 6 months should you consider other countries.

If you read through the thread you would see that people have discussed this.

All the best.

[quote author=dipotol post=101661240]Hello my nairaland fam. Been a very long time, I literally spared all day to read all the posts I've missed, about 15 to 20 pages. Lol

Don't mind me, I'm just concerned to know the present condition. I was initially sad it's still the same story but with the last 2 pages, ADs are flowing this May. Gut!

I pray God settles everyone. Let me firstly reinstate this fact someone earlier mentioned, let's be cautious of what we post here. I had an experience on my interview day(last year) and the embassy staff referenced this page. So, I'm sure of what I'm saying. My point? They know what's going on, they have always known but for reasons best known to them, AD na wahala.

For those of us trying other countries, I wish us well and I even need update of easy eu countries to process o, lol ( for my guys in naija tho). So, please anyone with useful info, kindly reach out.

Dont let us give up. Na who give up mess up. Germany is very cool and worth the struggle( once you enter, you would technically forget all these struggles, as I was readingthe thread today, na so I dy remember the struggles 2019/2020 but we thank God) The weather is getting more friendlier and I personally thank God for His favour I'm still enjoying. Let me use this opportunity to advise those going for interviews soon and those coming very soon not to come to DE with the mentality that " na Europe, we no need God again", hmmmm. Getting to Germany na big deal, settling in na another bigger deal. For without Him, we can do nothing...

I'm online at the moment to answer any questions or any clarification

One love bosses![/quote}
bra you dey europe and you are still religious grin i guess the ancestors have not shown the way! Even my oyinbo friends know the truth about christianity and islam in Africa. I bet you don't know king Leopold of Belgium. I won't go further Fela don talk finish......

Does your person have a polish temp resident permit already ?
...

No. The 6 months study visa was sufficient. The reason I said you should call. Contact authorities when possible instead of coming here to ask us who clearly may not have the right information.

Bonn is close to Cologne, one of the largest and most populace cities in Germany. For diversity and Student jobs, Bonn is better I think and there are many schools near the city too.

Good luck and don't forget to buy me a beer if you make it to anywhere near Bonn.

Is bonn that big? Contrary to your assertion. Bonn is Not even among the top 15 by size or population. I wouldn’t say it’s big.

Tho I will agree that is better than Göttingen.

You can make a round trip from the Tannenbusch to the end of Bonn in 40 mins or even less by car.

Jobs are not easy to come by even in the big cities during this COVID 19 . #The hidden truth. So get ur kit of skills before falling in.

Bonn is quite a cool city. It was formal capital of Germany and still houses some of the Govt agencies.

The big employers are DHL (global Hqtrs). Deutsche Telekom, Postbank. But there are also manual jobs around which I don’t have idea.

Bonn shares same airport with Köln.

Bonn over Göttingen anyway
