Hi guys
I'd try to explain my issue has clear as possible pls I need all the help I can get�
I was using my phone yesterday (redmi 7a) when I started getting pop ups that "com.android.acore", "com.android.media"( with some other ones that I can't remember) has stopped working then it rebooted itself few moments after. The pop ups still continued so I switched it off myself.
When I turned it on again, it stopped at redmi logo (SS attached) for hours till it showed recovery menu itself(SS attached). I clicked on reboot but it still stopped at the redmi logo.
After about 5 hours it eventually came on fully but only for about 2 minutes and rebooted itself and the cycle continued again.
It has been like that since yesterday and has only booted fully like 4 times only. the pop ups were still showing each time it came up and I also noticed that the fews app I could open were all asking for permission again and my internal storage space was increasing (all my files and apps were still intact though)

pls I hope I explained my issue well enough�. I have exams and I need my phone.�

Do a factory reset. Hold Power button and volume up button to boot to recovery. You are certainly going to lose your files.

Your phone is currently up to date. When there is an update you will get a notification.

As for changes there can be few to many. And The changelog that comes never tells the story of improvements to be made with the new update. You will just have to discover them yourself as you use the phone.

It won't harm the phone in fact it is perfectly healthy for your battery the only drawback is charging speeds.

As for 18W the charging speeds is variable. It can be 6x3A, 9x2A, 12x1.5A, 5x3.6A

If It is stable enough find a way to copy your important files outside your phone. You can as well uninstall your WhatsApp or revert any other changes you made before the occurrence.

After you have backed up , transfer it to Ur memory card or usb drive before you format. After formatting, transfer the backup file to your phone memory and restore it.

Check your network type

Download ForceLTE and try forcing your network to 3G or 4G.

Normally your preferred network type should be as shown below start from there.

Sense 6 doesn't support 18w charging at all as against Sense 6+. So, no ish. 18w charging is just about the speed of charging. Enjoy it.
