Most Africans come to Lagos and are shocked with the sophistication they see and in Abuja too. Even many cities and states capital have improved infrastructure over the years.

Yes our politicians are thieves and it shows the enormous cash at their disposal to do more. As you said the security issue had really taken away lots of shine from us as a country but we can only hope for better days.
