- The Law says you cant detian an accused person indefinitely without trial, yo take them to Court or release them ON BAIL.

- The Law says for certain Allegations, an accused person (Baba Ijesha) can apply and be given bail, based on conditions a Judge might grant or for offenses expressly stated in law. Baba Ijesha was granted BAIL, based on the law.

- Finally, the LAW states that "it is the duty and burden of the accuser, to prove their case BEYOND DOUBT, not for the accused person to defend the allegation.

As of TODAY, the Accuser (Princess and the Feminist Crew) are yet to prove their case beyond doubt (for example, there are doubts about the age of the alleged Victim, whether is is under 18yrs or not, there is no evidence yet provided, showing that Baba Ijesha actually raped this alleged Victim when she was 7yrs old, as alleged, etc).

President of the Association of Nigeria Theatre Practitioners (ANTP), Adewale Elesho has finally made a statement concerning Baba Ijesha's case of sexual assault and molestation, Igbere TV reports.

In a video posted on social media, the veteran actor thanked everyone who had lent their voices to the case and then proceeded to air his opinion.
