For the past few years, I've heard a lot of positive things about Rwanda and I want to know how it is to live in Rwanda as a Nigeria.

I need such information on the infrastructure in Kigala eg. Transportation system. Power supply, water supply, internet speed, standard of living, cost of living, healthcare system, how easy it is to get residence permit and most especially, their generally perception on Nigerians and friendliness to strangers.

I'll appreciate any firsthand information from someone that's living there or has lived or visited there in recent times

Thanks for the information Sir. But do you think there is more expensive than Nigeria as it is at present? And what kind of business is recommended for someone to engage in? And what type of hustle do you discourage one from engaging there and why?

Advising you for that would be a tough one. I might recommend a business, you may have no fair interest in it.
What most people do, they keep some money for Business , travel down and spend a week and see what type of Business they can engage in.

What type of Business do you do In Nigeria? Start from there and see how you can run it in Rwanda.

Well, I run a boutique. Nationwide insecurity a affected our location. And also run some internet businesses which isn't moving very well right now. Just want to move to a new location.

Rwanda is 30 days visa free for Nigerians now.
You register your business and secure Residence permit.

You should switch your online business should you not be making returns from it if you ask me

Arrive Rwanda with 30 days visa free => get a business plan => register business with RDB => get TIN/Registration number => Go to immigration and apply for Residence permit, Pay $150 => Get residence permit in 7 days.

Guess it explains it.
