I was contacted to help and we spoke to the bank. Customer care agent claimed there is a standing policy of offshore monthly transfer limit not exceeding $100 meanwhile my friend needs to pay $230.

Try all this virtual card platform(maybe baxter or something ) can't remember thr name

Aside flutterwave barter card which has very high exchange rate there is a new app called vesti which is also very good with a rate cheaper than flutterwave.
