1. My passport will expire on the 22 of February 2022 and I intend to make a visa application in July this year. Although, I am trying to renew my passport but just incase it doesn't come in as at then, can I make use of this current passport for my application in July? I hope it won't affect the visa application.
2. The bank statement I'll be using for POF will be 2months old by the time I apply. The condition I was given by the sponsor is that the funds have to be kept in my account with a particular bank and I'll have to open a new account there. Can I go ahead with it?

Hi gurus, please I need a sincere advise cos I’m kinda afraid of taking a wrong step. I’m trying to fill a form to request for my CAS after paying initial deposit of 2k and I was asked if I’ve been denied a visa before and sincerely speaking I’ve been denied a student visa to Canada before due to bad representation my an agent. So I decided to do this UK application myself, so I’m being asked if I’ve been denied a visa before. Should I just pick yes or no because I’ve paid the deposit before and I don’t want to lose my chance of getting the CAS.......pls your advise is very important cos I don’t want to make a wrong choice

You have been denied before, so say YES.

If the the school do anyhow, another will give you offer.

Many have been denied up to 4 times before, and they still got their Visas. Goodluck.

Thank you very much. I had unconditional offer already and I’ve paid for the tuition deposit. I’m at the point of filling a form for CAS..... I just want to know if I declared Yes that I’ve been denied before I won’t stand a chance of losing my deposit fee if unfortunately I was not given CAS?

Declare yes, you were refuse a visa before doesn't mean you won't get a UK Visa, it's part of the whole process, if you lie and it's found out during visa review process, it can delay you getting a decision on time and even sometimes lead to another refusal

If for any reason once application isn't successful, most schools normally do a refund to same account that made the deposit

Hello, goodevening. Please, how many days/months is this vignette? I thought it's 30days?. Can It be upto 90 days?. Also, the vignette days for main applicant (student) is it the same for dependant?

From means do not enter before that date not even entering Aug 18..... take that very seriously and plan accordingly

The writings on my birth certificate is not legible (my name and parents names are not clear)

I have done an an affidavit and an NPC (National Population Comission) birth certificate to correct this.

My mum is my sponsor and I will have to provide my birth certificate along with my mum's statement of account.

Please my question is;

I intend submitting the NPC birth certificate, affidavit and the birth certificate (the writings on the birth certificate are not legible) along with a cover letter explaining why I have NPC birth certificate and my affidavit.

On another thought, I feel that these documents are too many and I don't want to complicate things.

Or do I submit just my affidavit and NPC birth certificate along with my POF?

Please kindly advise.
