To which league?

Not that he will use desperation and go and end up in Latvia
Belgium should be the minimum anything lower than that then he's not a serious footballer

I'm sorry if it seemed I was mocking your opinion.

However, what I remember about that guy was very different.

He was an Honorary Professor of Midfield Carpentry and Mediocre display.

I never heard of him after that World cup. If he was as good as you tout him, I believe he would have at least had a decent European Career

He was actually good at the world cup but you know the thing with our home grown talents. Players like Egwuekwe, Sunday Mba , Justice Christopher who spent most of their professional careers in Nigeria fizzle out by the time they get to international stage.

The bolded better describes you BTW.

I'm not saying injustice does not exist. But most Africans have poor work rate, we love to celebrate and celebrate, so far we are regularly paid. You can keep blaming Europe and white men for everything. That's your business. Case closed lipsrsealed

No , most Africans have bad leaders not poor work rate. Again , I have lived in the west for over 16 strong years and we are by far more hardworking than these whites. They just happened to have great leaders with great ideologies who developed a stable and working system of government. It all starts from the attitude of the leaders. Stop blaming innocent people for the failure of our country. Do you know how much Nigerians living abroad remit every year ?

However, I am not blaming white people for today but of course they played a major role in underdevelopment of Africa.

Egwuekwe was a horrible player. He cannot read the movement of a striker. Very unintelligent defender. No European team will take such a carpenter seriously

But according to Nigeria league standard he was great with the victorious Warri Wolves hence the invitation with Sunday Mba and Oghenekaro Etebor.

This also explains the low quality of the Nigerian league; players are scouted and and snatched off the streets, and with little or no grooming they are immediately thrust into games and what you have is an unrefined/undeveloped talents that never reach their potentials. This is why watching our local league games hurts the eyes, 100 chances are created and maybe one goes into the net.

My predictions.
It's possible, if Brendan can instruct players to get around him when he has the ball..that way he doesn't have to hold the ball long enough to loose possession as there will be enough outlets.
This way, He will be able to find space,(if man marked) until he improves as the game progresses
