Exactly, With the rate of loss package and refund rate coming from Nigeria.very soon Aliexpress seller will stop shipping to Nigeria.I think there is a need to call out this Nipost people and custom.98% of the loss item are stolen here in Nigeria by this people.Aliexpress seller are running business too, when we ask for refund they make loss.
If you order valuable items such as phone.forget its a 50:50 thing.its either you get it or this people steal it.
I order a phone since febuary 15th, the package left china on the 22nd till today I did not receive the item.I open a dispute they refund me back my money today.
I tired for naija post office and custom.

My advice?
1. Use only your address
2. Use only your PO's address (not recommended)
If you indicate 2 addresses (yours and PO's and they're not close, you'll have issue if your package is attended to by an officer who gives no F).
Using a PO's address is not recommended cuz if you're unreachable, you can't be traced. There's a reason for asking for your address rather than your PO's address, except you have a contact there.

If you use your own address, NIPOST will always send to the nearest post office to it.

Ok. If your address is explicit enough (with postal code), you won't miss your way. Get the postal code of your street/area and you'd be fine.

It depends on PO but personally, I won't use them for orders I can't afford to lose or need "urgently". Some POs don't deliver items shipped with these couriers while some do. I lost 3 orders last year due to the use of these methods and I have one pending (it's fate is unknown yet) as it arrived 9ja since late March/early April but it hasn't been delivered. Proximity isn't an issue here cuz the receiving PO of these orders is Ikeja.

My other PO deliver them but it sometimes take 2months from Lagos to my place. Why? Unregistered items are not priotised, hence, don't go to states directly but to zonal offices, from there to states.
