Good afternoon guys! have anyone use this drugs before "PROLISTEM" to treat azoospermia?

Also, i visited a urologist yesterday in Benin and he said i should be ready to do IVF that's the only way i can be a father and recommend some test on my shrinking testicles including SFA, hormones profiles which i have done almost 3 times now. I dont know if i should do it as it quite expensive at the hospital(all test he recommended). The test he said i should do it to determine if i can use my own sperm or not.

Am just confuse on doing it or not. And this drugs (PROLISTEM) i read it help with azoopsermia (zero count).

i dont know if i should contuine doing tests or just use the money to try this drugs

I did surgery for varicocele and was placed on addyzoa but I added maca tabs and ate cashew nuts regularly. The surgery was done august ending. My wife is about 5 months pregnant now. I know someone whose wife got pregnant barely 2 weeks after surgery. Most men seek gynacologist advice instead of urologist hence drugs like addyzoa don't give dem results. Only a urologist can diagnose varicocele. My advice, know the cause of infertility B4 treating low sperm count.

good morning. thank you for your time, yes he has started treating the staphylococcus but I want to know if staph could be the reason for low sperm count and 40% dead sperm and 40% abnormal sperm too. What makes a sperm to be highly viscous and why is the sperm acidic (uric acid) instead of alkaline? I hope my questions are not too much.

yes staph aureus would definitely affect sperm count negatively.

Have you done Hormone levels test? This could give a clue as to why his has the 40:40 elements in his sperm.

Is his sperm watery? Sperm becomes viscous when the underlying issues are addressed like ( infection, bilateral varicocele, male hormone balance).

Eating more green leaf veggies and strict exercise routine helps alot too after underlying issues have been addressed.

About the ACIDIC SPERM (uric acid) . This may not be a big issue. Its likely urine from his bladder mixed with the semen during its production (via masturbation) for SFA and semen analysis test. He probably was feeling the urge to urinate ,but still went ahead to produce the sperm(via masturbation) for the lab test , urine may have escaped into the test bottle.

Yet again I should also ask if he is diabetic?

The urologist said the surgery was not the cause of the pregnancy rather the surgery was to stop future damages from varicocele. Note not everyone with varicocele is infertile. Have you not seen secondary infertility caused by varicocele? You can give birth with it but if left untreated it could reduce your chances in future.

There is no disease that God cannot cure..You can visit TTC thread.The issue on staph treatment have been seriously dealt with severally..Truly,it can cause infertility but can be treated.
@Mykikky,What steps have your DH taken concerning the issue?
Moreover,we should be careful of what we eat.There are foods we need to eat that boost sperm count and things that one need to avoid that decreases the count.
Some of this challenges could be spiritual.That is why we have/need to be very prayerful.It is a battle that has to be fought against from all angle.

Hormonal profile is a good test, to determine your testesterone level. Its about 20k abi?.
Sfa is not that serious at this point.

Shrinking testes isnt good, it means they are not doing their job, has it always been like this.

Some sex enhancement/testesterone builder drugs are known to cause this. Hope you didnt take such in the past.

The first one i did was 45k! the second one am asked ot do again is 18k including SFA. i haven't done it yet cos am taking a drugs called Prolistem. As for the shrinking testes, i just noticed it and i have never sex enhancement before.
