There were some documents that were uploaded with past info too........
For instance, Eterna Dividend info. It was made public after the qualification date passed......So also some few others.
Those guys are becoming something else these days.

Don't you read "forceful take-over" from the bulletin?
Some shareholders bought this stock above N10, now they're offering 90k. Wish there could be a way to object this by the shareholders.

The letter is dated May 20, 2021, while the Approval is May 18, 2021.
But they back-dated the qualification date to May 14, 2021.

When we came to this market, we didn't hear about 'forceful takeover' as an investment strategy.
We would have run for our dear lives If it was mentioned then.
Why forceful takeover now @ peanut?
