Seriously? That does not explain anything to you, you'd rather go on with your misunderstanding and misrepresentating?

I'm so glad I got better things to do with my time!

How does it explain anything? We hear news of employers talking about diversity everytime. Where they want to put qualification and experience, skill aside and employ people because of their skin color or gender, they get into schools they are not qualified to get in because of their skin only for budaatum to say employers choose Nigerians because Nigerians don't know the history of slavery. Who told you they don't know?

Nobody has grandpa or great Grandpa that was a slave. Nobody is hearing it from the horses mouth today. Why all this yeye excuses?

Budaatum could have said Nigerians are performing better in schools, put more efforts and have the will / desperation to work and remain there that is why. But no, he went with a claim he cannot back up with any data or find any article to back up his claim.

Make I hear word.

ALL YOU DID HERE IS RUB OFF THE HARD WORK OF NIGERIANS, THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE THE HIGHEST DEGREE AND EDUCATION WITH THEIR HARD WORK AND ZEAL TO BE SUCCESSFUL.

That is why GalaticHorde explaination is nonsense. You can't make sense out of nonsense. Garbage in garbage out.

Why do you lie like this! Or are you just dumb?

I am lying? I you didn't say what's on the photos below?

Nigerians are not black right? If they hear what happened to blacks in the past it should not affect them the same way because of they are not Americans or they are not black? How? Those blacks that were slaves were Ghanaians, and Nigerians etc.

Make we hear word with all this excuses. Let's look into education and culture to understand why Nigerians are more successful. All this guesses you guys make don't make sense.

I remember someone said Nigerian come to the US with clean slate and black Americans are in debt etc.

That one no make sense too. There are a lot of white people in debt for college and some of them it will take them eternity to pay their debt because the latest trend on TV is making them take gender studies instead of actual profession that will make them big earners in the future. They have the advantage to taking loans to fund their education which is why some of them are not serious in the first place. A Nigerian has to pay the complete fees which is usually 2times what indigenous Americans will pay. No loan to support them, hence part of their motivation to do well. They also look for jobs to subsidize their education giving them entry level skills to add in their resume

He was not really referring to physical debt, but psychological and emotional debt. Most of the things that would trigger off an average African American would not affect an average Black African coming from Africa. You call me nigger, so what? As long as you pay me the Benjamins, you can call me anything you like. Being called nigger does not evoke the same emotional response as a black American. An average Black American has been conditioned to think he has limitations due to historical racial conditioning. A newly arrived African has no such baggage.

It's a similar situation is South Africa. The indigenous blacks just having come out of apartheid still carry lots of the psychological baggage from the apartheid era and so presents its own series of limitations and problems, eg crime, sex, drugs, etc. These psychological limitations are absent in other black Africans and so tend to excel better.

So you are saying prideoflincoln2 and over 90% of African that say they have experienced racism are delusional and that you are more informed than them?

Please bring data. I have posted evidence that shows Nigerians are very well educated and degree earners which is why they do better.

Tell us which trauma or emotional dept that is causing white people to employ more Asians than whites. Since qualification and education don't matter. This argument tire me.

Where have I ever said blacks who are successful don't experience racism? Why are you asking that question when I have made it clear racism exist?

Is this how you argue? Okay if that's the question, my answer would be why should they discount racism? Aren't footballers who earn high a victim of racism? You can see racism from anybody, from whites, black, Asian or jews. You can find racists from any race. A rich man can experience racism from a homeless begger too. So why are you acting like I am making that assumption?

I canceled that because no one is making that assumption. All you are doing is red herrings, and strawman. All I said was show me a law that prevents black people from succeeding. I never said they will not experience racism. I said I experienced it myself so what is all this question about?

To give readers the impression that I am making such claims. Dishonesty grin this is the dog whistle you talk about.

Joe Biden? Who mentioned Joe Biden in this argument? Ok post the link where Joe Biden called a black man nigger so I can see context.

It seems your obsession with Trump is beyond comprehension. Every topic must be reduced to Joe Biden vs Donald Trump in your mind to have any meaning. Even followers of Mohammed are not this obsessed.

It's not only about history lessons, it's about experiences and shared consciousness. The civil rights law - the rights of citizens to political and social freedom and equality, was passed less than 60 years ago. Almost all black superstars - musicians, sportsmen and even academics still complain of systemic racism.

Please bring data. I have posted evidence that shows Nigerians are very well educated and degree earners which is why they do better.
I don't know who is disputing this point with you. Look for him and argue with him.

This is another irrelevant argument. No one is arguing qualification and education don't matter in employment. What we are saying is that the system is historically rigged ( apology to trumpists) against blacks. Getting quality education, getting quality jobs, getting quality medical care, getting deserved promotion, getting justice, and so on, us rigged against black skinned people.

This post is not addressed to anyone as I am not really clear about what Budaatum or benalvino are discussing about. I haven't been following. However, it is good to point out the facts below, so we don't swallow up nonsense from racists sites and blogs.

It is easy to mix up diversity/inclusion with the quota type of system in Nigeria created and reserved for the northerners.

Diversity in education or employment doesn't mean employers or academic institutions would place colour of skin over qualifications.

For academic entries, you have to be academically sound among your fellow minorities. For jobs, you have to be a top grad among your fellow minorities.

I am sure anyone that lives in the US or Canada or any advanced country can testify to this.

No minority (be it Nigerian or Indian or Haitian or black American) would solely get into a top school or secure a top high paying job solely because of their skin colour? Being black or brown alone would not get a minority to Havard, Urbana or Yale medical, Or Caltech Engineering or any other STEM program in a top school.

For jobs, diversity alone won't help a 2.2 grad from a minority background into a top company. A first class degree would give him or her a chance on diversity entry programs.

Diversity programs in developed countries means e.g. a company that only employs maybe 5 minorities a year now employs 20 minorities a year, out of a total 200 new hires. In previous years, they would hire a white grad with 2.1 degree over a minority like Nigerian with a 1.1 degree. This diversity programs are to reflect the community in which they service.

It means a university like Havard has now reserved atleast 20 spaces for minority medical students out of an entry class of say 200. No white boy with Bs getting in again over say an Indian with As from high school. This is to better reflect the society on which they operate in.

You can bet that those that would compete to get those diversity slots either in academic entry or employment would be high flyers. The best of the bests. I mean great dinstinction students or grads.

Alot of white supremacists and far right blogs post junks about minorities getting jobs based on their skin color and some other nonsense as if the minorities are dullards. This is no different from how a racist high school dropout in the UK or US would claim a MBBS grad (specialist doctor) from Africa is taking their jobs in the NHS in England or Health region in the USA.

First your claim that blacks from Africa can handle being called a nigger by a white man is a lie. I said whites are not allowed to use the word. My reference to Joe Biden is a joke despite the fact that he said the word recently and no media outrage. I did not say he called a black man that. I said he said the word.

Blacks call themselves nigga/nigger all the time so they can handle being called that not just from a white man. But Nigerians can't tolerate being called a nigger by a black man than most African Americans do.

I never mentioned trump in our discussion so what's the point? Obsessed?

About jews tell me. I don't know what was put in place that is making children or recent graduates no cry Hitler Hitler everytime. They just go about their life doing what they have to do to prosper. So please tell us what you know. Since your statement imply they did it for jews and blacks did not get the same treatment.

Non of the blacks today have experienced of slavery. At this point you are just making excuses.

Systematic racism was a thing. Something I would say has affected the black community I have the past. But let's all know that those laws don't exist today.

There is a degree those laws has made and shape the black society today. We can discuss that if you want

I was just reading about this last week:

"A Black Indianapolis homeowner’s property value almost doubled after she asked a white friend to stand in for appraisal, according to reports.

Carlette Duffy removed her photos and all evidence of her race and asked her white friend to pretend to be her brother during the third appraisal of her property.
And the value shocked her — it was almost double the initial amount.

According to the nonprofit Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana (FHCCI), Ms Duffy’s home was assessed in 2020 by two different companies. One valued it at $125,000 and another at $110,000. When the white man posed as Ms Duffy’s brother, the property was valued at — to her surprise — $259,000.

After two low appraisals of her property last year, she had a nagging suspicion that race had something to do with it. The third time around, she tried to keep any interactions with the appraiser strictly to email. NBC News reported that she had not declared her race or gender in the appraisal application process.

Ms Nelson told the media on Monday: “In order for the value of her home to be accurate, she had to remove herself completely from the home. She was at first ecstatic that she did in fact get the value that she thought her home deserved.... But then almost immediately after, she was heartbroken with the fact of what she had to do in order to get that value.”

I agree with you 100% and when I bring the Nigerians doing better and budaatum saying it's because they were not told about slavery in the past that's why employers will employ Nigerians over African Americans what do you think?

Just so you know. I have lived in western countries and I have also seen racism directed at me. Nigerians are not black right? If they hear what happened to blacks in the past it should not affect them the same way because of they are not Americans or they are not black? How? Those blacks that were slaves were Ghanaians, and Nigerians etc.
This is like claiming an Hausa or Yoruba person would feel the pain an Igbo person feels about the Nigerian Civil War.

Go check in the Politics section to understand the difference in feelings, despite them all being black and Nigerians.

In fact, if you really lived in UK as you claimed you'd have found the experience and reaction of native blacks was different to immigrant yours unless your eyes were shut when you were here.

No ben, you did not say what is in the photos. You said what you understood was in the photos because you are unable to see due to the bias that blinds you from seeing what is in the photos despite numerous elaborations by others.

Rich people look down on their employees say in Africa. Bosses who are employees also look down on lower level employees. Housewives without jobs or even education look down on their househelps. Some Africans abroad think they are better than those in Africa , despite some of them having crappy jand dirty jobs there.
African American s will also look on African immigrants.

Talk about Arabs. They are quite racist in the middle East metting out physical violence at times to other races.
As an African and black too expect some negative thoughts going on in other races mind's.

Underachieving because your great great great parents were slaves is a poor excuse.

You dey mind this people with their excuses? Same excuses does not affect African Americans in sports.

No ammount of explanation you can give will validate this crap you said. You should write a book or article about it because you will be the first to make this claim.

All the literature I have read concerning this matter non of them talk about stories of grandpa and grandma. They only talk about hardwork and educational achievements.

When we look down on each other, we accept that as normal. Like constantly Africans are "brought down to the earth " by african dishwashers in diaspora.
If it was a white, the racist meter instantly goes up for any tiny microaggression a white has.
Race baiting is big business too. Hoaxers abound like below in order to push the racism further .

In the incident that media are ignoring , if it was whitey that did this , coverage would be 24 hours non stop in all MSM. We can assume these two black thugs git triggered by a grandma's tale? Must be dumb guys. They could not paint the swastika correctly?I assume they were paid to drive a narrative

Which is why I say the kkk and white Supremacist are better than some people here because I haven't seen them utter so much hate and insults to Nigerians as some do in here with impunity.
Keyboard millionaires will tell you how they can feed your whole family in Umudike then cry racism when they see far less than what they do to others.
They tell you how family is out of bounds but a little search will show you how they insult people's family and whole generation because they live in diaspora. It is hilarious.

you have a pathological inability to understand anything that doesn't conform to your rigid one dimensional way of thinking! Prideoflincoln1 is successful, academically and professionally as is buhdda I presume, does that make them discount racism? In what dystopian world of yours does personal success of a black man equate immunity from racism? undecided because they succeeded despite racism therefore racism gave them a wide berth abi? LeBron James still suffers racism, I'm sure if he were honest even Ben Carson will grudgingly admit he encounters racism! Black cops get shot and harassed by white cops of duty, black pregnant women who have had at least one childbirth experience prefer being attended to by black ob/gyn rather than whites as they tend to dismiss their pains wrongly believing black women have a higher threshold for pain than women of other races leading to a higher maternal/infant mortality rate in black women and babies than average! There is racism in places that you won't expect benalvino2! Don't use your very limited understanding of the topic as a yardstick to measure the general experience because you effing jon snow here!

Common man, do be like this. This is straight up BS from your ass. That nigger never imply or remotely implied these shit you are making up.

This is why y'all Coons are evil. To say the least leftist. You are doing nothing but demonizing that nigger.

Here is a challenge for you. Produce snippets of him saying what you are claiming he said.

Lol, US Chinese beats China Chinese cheesy cheesy

I think critical race theories and other nonsense they teach in school to make everyone woke is the reason we Americans are declining. They keep discovering more genders.
