It's okay if you want it that way. It has little to no structural implication. But Volume is good.
I had a project that we used three courses after the lintel but that height was to conceal the downstand beam in the living room.

The design is entirely faulty.
The client also contributed to it, he said he needs the space to be managed so as to build in future too.
And there are specific shapes certain structures must take to make it functional.
We have the following category of spaces in residential building
1. Public
2. Semi private.
3. Private
If the designer had designed using the above approach, the building would have taken a specific shape and the spaces would av been very functional.
Now we have almost four lobbies in 3 bedroom bungalow.

I talked to him today and he said he design based on how the land was on the survey plan. I’ll share the survey plan and the design also.

Pls, remove the wall pointed at and the bevelled wall to give you wider family lounge. Extend master bedroom wall to align with the wc & bedroom wall for more spaces of the mstr bdrm.

Nothing will happen in the future, he is just playing on your intelligence. It is not a structural drawing that can pose structural failure.

It is possible but not all cases, some soak away has to much curves which later causes blockage, we try as much as possible to install our digester in a very convenient place with lesser curve (s) and since it doesn't consume space and doesn't smell it can be installed anywhere in the compound.
