Brisk Capital Investments has made it clear that Dominic Joshua's arrest by the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) of the Nigerian Police, will make it near impossible to refund monies to investors who consider themselves duped.
The 21-year-old Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Brisk Capital Limited has been accused of diverting over N2 billion in investor funds.

Police say Joshua promised investors high Return On Investments (ROI), went off the radar on pay days and splashed the cash on luxury wrist watches, fast cars and real estate instead.

Potential investors were told that with as low as N500,000, they could earn 30% every month plus their capital for at least 90 days.

"With the Brisk Business Investo, you can invest 60% of your intended business capital and get back 100% of it within 90 days.

"How about driving that car you want so bad just by investing 60% of the specific amount of your car choice? We would ensure that within 90 days, you get to drive the car of your choice with no stress at all," Joshua's firm promised on its website.

Following Joshua's arrest, Brisk Business said "given the circumstances, our hands are tied, our hearts are heavy but our commitment to making repayments is still the same.

"However, as long as our Managing Partner, Mr. Dominic Joshua is still in custody, we are unable to act on this commitment, as well as schedule the Zoom meeting which was to have him talk to you.

"Further petitions and arrests will only halt any progressive measures, delay repayments and negatively affect the wellbeing of staff and fellow investors."

Ebonyi-born Joshua, who operated from Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital, will be arraigned in court as soon as the strike by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) is called off, police say.

Is it that the 2 Billion Naira is inside his stomach that they wanted him out of detention so that he can use the rest room to bring it out or what exactly?!

Is it that he cannot tell them from detention where the Billions and expensive stuffs he has bought with people's money are all hidden?
So they wanted him out so he can travel out, japa and disappeared into the thin air?
And this case will die a natural death just like MMM!

A 21 year old milking dry people's his father, mother, uncle and aunties age mates of their live long savings.
And the most annoying part is that this keep happening year in year out.
They want to turn 10K to 100K in one month doing nothing!! shocked
How will someone promise you 60% ROI on investment and you’ll believe such?
You will even see some coming here on a daily basis asking if so so and so company is real,
Why? Cos they are ready to invest.......as usual!
Some Nigerians will be greedy till they enter the grave.
No pity for them.

Brunicekid:
Many people are actually GREEDY... Always wanting quick-cash within a very short time!!!
Exactly our point!

Vaughanlanrewaj:

God bless you sir! They probably think we are still in the stone age era. His bank account officers alone can do an awesome forensic job of giving information on how he receives and move these funds.
Exactly our line of thought.
They thought all Nigerians are still primitive!
BTW, We no be sir o!
We are simply WE!

I don't pity people that fall for all this ROI, they are too greedy, after seeing all this, if you enter whatsapp you will still see people posting and advertising one new rebranded investment platform.

I better use my money to drink cold chilled Budweiser and Goat meat pepper ️ soup, than invest in this platforms.

He is not a conman. He is an idiiiot-identifier!

He just helps us identify idiiots that call themselves "investors" in Nigeria.

Very funny. Even the company name is suspect. Unfortunately people will always fall for these kind of schemes because we want the easy way out.
There is no magic money making scheme other than working hard and smart.

That’s a nice way to tell them to kiss their money goodbye.
If you can’t scam Nigerians, you can never defraud anyone else.
What else can you say about people who give their money to pastors to live flamboyant lifestyles with a promise of reaping great rewards? And they are happy doing it. Mr. Joshua is a learner. He should have opened a church and promise 100% return in heaven. Nobody would have questioned him.

Don’t forget that people are out there still pouring money into other schemes as we type. grin

The CBN is investigating MBA Forex to ascertain what happened to investors' money. Once the probe is concluded, the apex bank will determine the next line of action. Forget what you read, MBA funds are still a 50/50.

PS: I won't reply mentions.
