Is it that the 2 Billion Naira is inside his stomach that they wanted him out of detention so that he can use the rest room to bring it out or what exactly?!

Is it that he cannot tell them from detention where the Billions and expensive stuffs he has bought with people's money ar wall hidden?

A 21 year old milking dry people's his father, mother, uncle and aunties age mates of their live long savings.
And the most annoying part is that this keep happening year in year out.
They want to turn 10K to 200K in one month doing nothing!! shocked
Some Nigerians will be greedy till they enter the grave.

Those that are prosecuting him are not different from him,as if after the prosecution the investors are going to get their money back.

The CBN is investigating MBA Forex to ascertain what happened to investors' money. Once the probe is concluded, the apex bank will determine the next line of action. Forget what you read, MBA funds are still a 50/50.

PS: I won't reply mentions.

CBN does not have any business investigating MBA Forex. Just have it in mind that they are gone forever.

How will someone promise you 60% ROI on investment and you’ll believe such?
You will even see some coming here on a daily basis asking if so so and so company is real,
Why? Cos they are ready to invest.......as usual!
Some Nigerians will be greedy till they enter the grave.
No pity for them.
Many people are actually GREEDY... Always wanting quick-cash within a very short time!!!

Instead of throwing funds aways
Download kucoin app
Or binance
.
Buy coins like Trias. Ace. RSR . FET
And keep. Your chance of making larger returns in the next few months are better than dashing funds to clowns

Sometimes I wonder if these con-men attend the same school. This was the exactly gimmick the MAP CEO used to get out of EFCC detention

So if he is sentenced to life imprisonment their money is sentenced as well. This guy has scammed them big time. If he gets jailed he still won overall. No matter the verdict in court he still comes out a billionaire.
More unspeakable pains for the investors for making him rich since their investment will remain trapped to him forever
Re: Brisk Investment Says Repayments Won't Be Made As Long As CEO Is Detained by ceaser: 7:07am On May 27, 2021
I won't really blame the EFCC if they don't release him. Two billion naira is a lot of money. Therefore the dude is a flight risk.

So it doesn't matter if he is released or not, investors may still lose their money.

What the EFCC should do is obtain court injunctions to seize his assets, sell it off and give back investors their money or at least some of it.

But then can EFCC be trusted with the re-acquidition of those assets and monies and for onward disbursement to the investors?

A resounding no. EFCC itself has corrupt elements.

Nigerians will never learn on ponzi scheme.

This is as result of our greed. Which day here that MBA Forex capsized that investors has not regained their investment.

Pinkcoin is there too.

Greed for money will not kill Nigerians.

They want to play fast one on the investors and the debtors.

The investors should work closely with the police to obtain court order to pass NO DEBIT ORDER on all his personal (by lifting the veil of incorporation) and business accounts.

Because I suspect other members of the board and senior staff members are in conspiracy against the Investors. Next, the investors and other stakeholders alike can engage the services of RECEIVER to determine the state of their investment. With this they can uncover his plans; take over the business and teach him the bitter lesson of his life.
