Google safe browser is killing me already. My customers sites keep getting this from browsers and they are all after me. What can I do. I need help to avoid this from browsers.

Your website has malwares which hackers intend to use to collect sensitive information from customers or users of your website. Now, before you go cleaning everything, you must bear in mind that the malware has been replicated on all of your core files.

Hmmm, you said the prob is happening to many site, so I'm thinking they are probably hosted on the same server.
Check your files via cpanel till you find the culprit, you can also some scanning software like nmap to check any strange links

I have scan with advast and everything clean.

Even google couldn't point the specific area it's just said pages attached with malware.

You are not getting it bro, you need deep scanning reason I recommend nmap.
I think u should give it out as a job, someone is already asking on the thread, and you nay contact me also, (its not free o)
But it something you can do since you are the one that design the sites, just sift through the folder and files one after the other.

Zip/Backup your core website files/folders.
Delete everything and just write a plain html with typical hello world markup.

If you don't get the RED deceptive page, audit your files using the last edit timestamp, if one or two files does not correlate with others and you know you didn't edit or add them, just jejely delete them or if you like, you can check to see the contents.

After all is done... please ensure you change your cpanel/ftp password to a very strong one... otherwise, you will repeat this process again and again.
