Are you aware that Agriculture, not oil, is the biggest contributor to our annual GDP of 450 billion USD?

The north is the epicentre of Agriculture, with no rivals.

You have no idea how much of the food you consume daily comes from the north, from vegetables to tomatoes, onions and meat.

Without them, ie those people you morons have labelled 'parasites', you would literally starve.

In fact, not less than 70% to 80% of you would require United Nations FOOD AID without the agriculture of the north.

According to Statista,

''In 2020, Nigeria's GDP amounted to 152,32 trillion Naira, over 400 billion U.S.dollars. About 24 percent of Gross Domestic Product was generated by the agricultural sector. The largest contribution was given by crop productions, which generated 21.8 percent of the country's GDP in 2020.

Agriculture contributes to a significant part of the country's GDP. It is a key activity for Nigeria's economy after oil. Nevertheless, agricultural activities provide livelihood for many Nigerians, whereas the wealth generated by oil reaches a restricted share of people.''

https://www.statista.com/statistics/1207940/share-of-gdp-by-agricultural-sector-in-nigeria/

Also, ''the agricultural sector remains the largest employer in Nigeria, employing more than 36% of the labour force''.

6 of Nigeria's top 10 rice producing states are in the NORTH.

Then why not go and form your own country and stop these killers from coming down south to kill people.

and While at it, feed these people suffering from Kwashiokor inside a prosperous northern Nijeriya.

Go form your own country and enjoy all those contributions alone.
How hard is it?

You are useful and Igbos are not so useful you said. We say no wahala, but let us be.

You say Igbos want "your oil that you kept in Niger Delta", we say no problem, we would leave with all proud Igbo parts of SS, the rest you can keep and continue doing your wonderful one NIGERIA with, since they are unlike us, and are comfortable with your NIGERIA. You still turn around and keep looking for excuses to have us in your dead country.
We should all leave North and other parts of NIGERIA and travel to the East to prove to you that we don't want NIGERIA, you said. We reminded you that even Buhari children shouting one NIGERIA are not living in Nigeria, they are living in UK, likewise many one NIGERIA screaming people, if you logic of Igbo having to leave Nigeria and migrate to East isn't senseless, why are NIGERIANS all not migrating from whatever part of the world they are in to Nigeria to prove they want One NIGERIA.
We also reminded you that we left all parts of NIGERIA and migrated to the East in 1966 yet you came to our homeland forcing NIGERIA on us.

Bottomline is that we want no unity with you.

Why is it that Federal Government they invest on agriculture in the North more than the South? And this Northerners go dey sell this farm produce expensive for south.

Tomatoes and onions are so cheap in the North but expensive in the south and nah FG money dem dey use subsidize fertilizers for them.

You are a Biafran THIEF.

And I call you out.

Any Igbo man who wants to separate from Nigeria by annexing the Niger Delta is a THIEF.

You don't even care how many millions of Nigerian children would die of malnutrition were your evil agenda to succeed.

All you see is the oil money accruing to Igbos alone. Everyone else can starve.

YOU ARE EVIL.

I read the FG offered Kanu all the 5 Igbo states as Biafra when he was arrested, and he REFUSED, saying he wanted the entire Niger Delta as well.

THE MAN IS A BIG THIEF WITH EYES ON JUST ONE THING. OIL.

That is what the WHOLE agitation for Biafra is about.

OIL GRAB.

RESOURCE GRAB.

Nothing else.

Take away the Niger Delta from their 'Biafra' map and they will all go home.

He use to pretend to be a Pan Africanist and even an Igbo in the past. grin

I'm not surprised, his ancestor, Murtala Mohammed who committed genocide in Asaba was also pretending to be a Pan Africanist.
I still remember him waxing lyrical in OAU floor about how to stop White neocolonialism, after the British had sponsored his sorry black ass with unlimited weapons to carry out genocide on Igbos, the mugu was in Addis Ababa forming Africanist, bitting white fingers that helped him to power by helping him kill fellow blacks (Igbos) whose only sin was rejecting colonial entity called NIGERIA.
I Learnt the CIA were involved in his assassination and coup.

These people would never learn. Bunch of hypocrites.
If you love African, then tear down the unstable colonial abominations the Colonials created in Berlin 1886 by cobbling together irreconcilable ethnic groups together for easy exploitation. Allow real organic and stable, and "neocolonial manipulation" resistant nations to form, who would then learn to live close to each other in peace and would in no time form a loose economic union like EU, and put to a stop the trade imbalances the West has imposed on Africa.

Kanu said the Niger Delta doesn't belong to the FG.
That the FG should give the people the option of a referendum to choose where they they want to belong.
Moreover we both know that there is a huge chunk of Igboland trapped in the geographical space you call SS.
Nzeogwu and Achuzia for starters are from parts of Igboland in this SS.
Should we then leave them behind without giving them the option to choose?

Be honest with yourself for once. Even Buhari has refused to leave his fellow Fulanis in Chad and Niger. He is using Nigeria money and everything else to reach out to them.
But you expect Ndiigbo to leave our people in SS?

Lol!
So the North cannot survive without Niger Delta, you are that parasitic and yet wish to dictate for Ndiigbo on how to relate with Igbos in SS?

Well, In Ndiigbo you have met an ethnic group stronger than whatever your ancestors have encountered since your journey from Futa jalon in Guinea, to Mali, Chad, Niger, CAR, Ilorin and middle belt. This dance we have entered with you, it's a dance to death. It's either we stop existing as a people or you stop existing as a people. It would be your last dance.

When we are done with you. You will lose all the gains you have made in your centuries of existence invading and subjugating indigenous people.
We will make sure of that.
You will see.

When we are done with you, not even Niger Republic will be your safe haven.

Two questions

1) What percentage of tax do Northern farmers pay to the national coffers? Is it in the millions of dollers?

2) Do the Northerners give anyone food for free? Everybody still has to buy the food from them with their hard earned money? In other words, agriculture is just another business and they are doing nobody any special favours. Anybody with money can buy food from anywhere in the world. I have eaten foreign rice from Japan, I have eaten Tomato from Italy, I have eaten vegetables from Ethiopia, so I know that food is more about if you have money to buy

Can the North ever claim they have contributed more to the national purse than the South, in the history of Nigeria?

If not, this thread is useless

If you know how much of our common wealth the FG use to subsidize agriculture in the North in the name of irrigation schemes, free improved seeds, subsidized fertilizer, soft loans that they never repay, etc.

You would know that their agriculture is scam and cannot survive without funds from petrol Dollars pumped into it.

You can see he is already crying about hunger should petrol Dollars money be cut off from them. grin

So whatever wealth we are enjoying is based on real GDP contributors like Agriculture, not ''national purse'' that they share in Abuja.
