If you have at least six months on it on the date of your interview no need. Otherwise, renew it.

Scholarships is good but doesn't guarantee approval even if you have a full ride. What you should do is to prepare well for your interview.Yes, to prepare demands lots of time but it is invaluable. If you believe in God pray and be hopeful.

Depends on the school. If your sponsor name is written on your i-20 then the VO will see it. I know ETSU does that.

One at alakuko and the other at Lagos Island, mobolaji bank Anthony st (3.9km from embassy)

Check out Presken Hotel in Oniru. It's on George Omonubi street. You will get a very decent room for between 6-8k.
Oniru is less than 20mins from the Embassy.

All these agents and their wahala.
They just talk without thinking some of them do not have passports.
You can get F1 at any age as long as you are a genuine student.
I got mine in my 40s
That said go with what you have on all your documents.

Have been given admission with scholarship but am wondering if there might be any issues on my interview day ....cause the vo might ask 4 my age ...I possess two DOB now. 1998 is on my i20 while 2002 on my passport ... You're not confused... you're only looking for others to affirm your dishonesty and intent to deceive. You are one of the reasons visas are so hard to get for Nigerians. Go ahead and explain the discrepancy in your age to the VO as best you can.

I heard yesterday that VOs are now asking DOB. I believe this is one of the reasons & I also believe it is due to the approval rates of F1 VISAs now over B1/B2. Please, kindly correct this anomaly before your interview. You are dealing with a country with a very effective information management system.

Can someone please advise me of possiblities of getting interview date for M1 visa if I apply by July for January 2022 admission?

I need help with financial docs to process my i20, I have scholarship but I still don’t know why my school is asking for docs to release the i20. Anybody to the rescue ?!

It means you have some deficits to cover after the scholarships. The International Student office of your school will provide detailed information on that. You will need evidence of financial support to cover those deficits. Best!

I think it's best you write the Embassy explaining your plight. They only can guide your appropraitely and you will have insurance of an official conversation to reference if you have any issues on the day of your interview.

if asked why the course would below be okay for an answer
-the level of education i got wouldn't take me beyond the current position i occupy at my place of work so in order to procure a better position my portfolio needs an upgrade .

i really just want something short and really thats the reason ...

Letter of recommendation is NOT a must for it to be from LECTURERS. If you read it well, you’d see from Professionals or so there.
Those are like, your supervisors, HR in your place or former place of work, all they need to do is just use the work place letter head and stamp or official email if any.

Boss! Don’t go and be there delaying your self waiting for lecturers oh.
Personally, I didn’t use any lecturer at all, people that recommend me were my Present and past supervisors., and guess what, it took them no long time to do that since I told them how urgent it’s needed. All were approved by my schools.

It means from the two recommenders, one atleast must be academic reference i.e someone in academics and you will choose academics reference as an option.
