How old is the baby? If the baby is just 5months - 2 year old, it's not reasonable in the immigration regulations and manuals of Canada to leave her behind with your elder sister. The visa officer will definitely question your intent as a mother to have took such a decision with your husband.

Kindly confirm her age and I will advise accordingly. However, if the above is her case, I will suggest you apply with your baby. Your husband is enough to be a strong tie in your application.

You can also try q life if you're in lagos.they have earlier dates(16,17,18...) too than IOM .

We applied since Feb 4th for a Masters in Human Resource Management at the University of Regina. DW has a Bachelors in Library and Information science.

Next port of call is Study Permit Application. I used to consider myself a guru but now that time for SP application is here, I am having a re-think.

Hi everyone,
This month I applied for SOWP. On 24th May 2021, I sent a web form attaching my upfront medical sheet. On 29th May I got an acknowledgment email that my file will be forwarded to the responsible office. I found out my file is located at the Canadian visa office in Nairobi, Kenya.

In my form, I specified applying from the Philippines as I'm a resident here (all my documents are from here only my property document & Nigerian police clearance are from Nigeria) and the approval rate for SOWP here is high within a month or two, my wife's SP got approved within a Month.

I would like to ask if is usual for Nigerian citizens even though living overseas to be processed in Nairobi, Kenya and will it affect my application since the only document from Nigeria is my property assets and police clearance. Please advise.

Sorry why 4months if I may ask? I thought (from what Gurus in the house shared) @Lianna2020 can apply at “most” when she gets to Canada after documentation in school. @fairlytreated shared her experience applying for her kids after getting her visa approved. I guess she’s yet to travel.
Looking forward to getting to this stage (visa approval) and then decide on the next stage. God help us all.

One last question, did they upload your medicals or just sent your document to the Nairobi office , because the response from the Lagos office indicated that my medical has been updated on my profile and when I checked I saw that it was pass.
