He needs a driver urgently, delivery by the driver will be 25k weekly

That's like looking for drivers that will do night driving exclusively(6/7pm-6/7am)? Has the curfew been lifted though?

Even if there is no curfew, so a driver will drive 6pm to 7am and drop the car to continue in the evening again for 25k a week? lipsrsealed

Even if there's no curfew, how will u expect a driver to work only at night till dawn and still expect him to deliver 25k per week, apart from the risk involve, riders are scarce in late hours. Nawa o...some owners T&C's sef are worst than moove own... undecided

I dey cap u

Ever driven for Moove? Be restricted to one app in this competitive business and still expected to meet targets.

Being restricted to one app is a problem to you?
Before starting with moove, I had this fear that meeting up the KPI will be a great task to achieve but I was wrong.

*Working 60 hrs is very much attainable by STAYING 12 hrs daily for 5 days OR 10 hrs daily for 6 days and still meet target with a day to rest if you decide. Besides, there are people that work 15hours on bolt here.

*Requests are also no problems which I attain an average of 60 weekly while 50 when I decide to be very lazy. Remember target is 45.

* 50k net is expected of you which is very much achievable when you get those trips (I net a minimum of 75k on lazy weeks) . And you are only to pay 22k as rentals whereas you get to pay N25k minimum on vehicles which some owners will still expect you to drop some money for repairs.

*I have been on rentals since working with moove likewise some other drivers but the moment they change to DTO(HP), I am dropping the vehicle. That DTO is not for me as I only intend driving for a limited time since my vehicle didn't allow me to achieve my target due to so many repairs.

I ve been driving on bolt alone immediately after the strike cos of destination and when I finally want to try Uber to change location without blowing empty they will give me 15mins pick up. For this Buhari regime. I will just cancel and blow empty .
I’ve been wanting to ask how drivers still cope with Uber

Let it ring out when you get a request with long pickup. Uber will not penalize you even if your acceptance rate drops to 0% ( I have seen a driver with 25% acceptance on uber yet still gets requests like everyone).
Do not

I won't even border asking for proof because we're yet to get the proof of your low mileage 2003 Camry you bought after 15yrs of manufacturing.

Oh left give you a trophy for having a 5.0star rating... Ozuor!

I once used mine on Indriver. But didn't use AC. Strictly evening/night trips. I will tell you that it does not pay well being V6 with bigger engine.

60hrs online,
45 trips and
50k net (67k Gross) in a week is fair enough.
My concern has always been that u can't achieve all 3 every week, week in week out.
So what happens if u default on any of the targets? Maybe u fall sick or u have an engagement?? That's where the inconvenience comes in. You are trying sha, keep it up.

Does it mean you'd wait for a rider that wants to buy stuffs in the market midway through? If yes, does it really make sense monetarily?

Pearl1910:

See, customer is always right... Anything they say accept it. Except if they are asking for clarification. If rider say purse the ride, I will just say okay ma. I don't have strength. So when ur money accumulate, u will not say its because I refused to purse trip. Or vex and give me 1 star. From experience, if u obey rider, they are satisfied and happy, even if the outcome is unpleasant, only the heartless ones will still want to blame u.

My point all this while .
It is not sustainable, you can achieve it but not every week and every month.
