Mind your words jare. Do I look like an Igbo man to you?

I am a full-blooded Yoruba and from your name Timi, maybe your name is Timilehin and you are as well.

We are soon to hold a Yoruba rally in Kwara but Kwara is not 100% Yoruba. There are Nupe and Tapa people indigenous to those lands too.
Then why don't we say we are going to lay claim on Kwara? The same goes for Kogi too. There are Okun people (Yoruba) in Kogi but at the same time there are people of other origins in Kogi. Even Igbos are indigenous to Kogi if you don't know.

Then why are we going to have a Yoruba rally in Kogi too? The same thing simple-minded people like you do are the same thing you accuse Igbo people of. I am also sure you will pretend not to know that there are Ijaw clans that are bonafide indigenes of Ondo state. They have been crying for years, even accusing Akeredolu of foisting Yoruba anthem or Yoruba culture on them but you hypocrites will of course pay deaf ears, always siding the part of evil. I just don't know why. You people are the worst hypocrites. There are Igbos indigenous to every SS state if you don't know. There are Igbos in Delta, there are Igbos in Rivers of course. There are also Igbos in Akwa Ibom, Calabar and even Edo if you don't know.

These are not migrants. These are indigenes to the lands. FG wake up one morning after war and slice up lands and say from today henceforth, this is Igbo land, the rest are Niger Delta and all of a sudden, fools just take up the name. Blacks are like animals. God forbid! No brains to reason! Complete baboons! Maybe FG will further divide "Niger Delta" tomorrow and name it "Niger Oasis" and the same black fools will start saying "oh... Niger Delta want to claim our land, we are Niger Oasis". That's the level to which blacks can reason.
I wish other Yorubas can be as open minded as you.
How can you force an Asaba man to agree he is not Igbo?
The ppl in Obigbo,Ohaji Egbema have their kith and in both Abia/Rivers and Imo/Rivers but som1 wants them to deny their Igbo identity.
I served in Okun land in Kogi and I know they do not play with their Yoruba heritage but some of your brothers here want to die on Igbo matters.

you shouldn't be asking this question.

You sound Fulani .. just like you always ask for proof when your kinsmen kill hundreds in benue ..

They say it's a taqquiyah thing .

But please be guided . It's about the honour of 3m.igbo killed by the rampaging Fulani jihadi and their allies
So anybody who doesn't follow your tribalistic way of reasoning is Fulani?

No wonder you lack the ability to reason like a human being. You speak of honoring the dead when you besmerch their memory with your tribalism.

STFU have you heard the ikwere man speak, because some words are borrowed doesn't make them igbo. Their lifestyle and traditions are different. Dont go around forcing a minority ethnic group to claim what it isn't because you wanna drive a point.
You should be the one STFU. Have you also heard the ebonyi or nsukka people speak? Will you say they are not igbos. Maybe you should google the igboid languages and tribes. Or check the DNA evidence.

You just spoke my mind. Majority of people who obeyed the so-called 'sit-at-home' order didn't do so out of love of IPOB or because they believe in Biafra. They were just being security conscious; they didn't want to be attacked by any 'unknown gunmen' or be caught in a crossfire when soldiers and the bandits engage in gun battle. People should note this

Sebastine1994:
........

........ most people stayed at home to avoid violence, not because they wanted to willingly obey.

We must learn to organize ourselves first, before we can get what we want.

Ipob were busy flogging drivers for not complying, such level of stupidity. convince people well enough and they will willingly give their lives for you.

So this is a glimpse of what our Biafra would look like, a government of the Tyrant where the Igbos would wish to go back to Egypt.

Nnamdi Kanu is a tyrant. Absolute power corrupts and that of Kanu is already very obvious. His minions online are the worst, as some can even go to the extent of assassinating you for speaking against their method of operation. Na problem IPOB be for us in the east.

Igbos in the East are just caught in between two monsters, Nnamdi Kanu and his boys, with Buhari and his military boots on the other side.

Ogah if you want cry from today unti tomorrow it changes noting if you feel Biafra cannot be achieved ask your self why Nigeria as an entity is avoiding giving Referendum to the biafrans so to speak , yesterday sit at home is an order, like they tell us to go in before 8pm so if any law enforcement agency catches you , you will surely dealt with , so sit at home is an order bro

This man is a big fool. BIafra is not a south east thing but an old eastern Nigeria thing. Rivers state belongs to the Igbos. Ikwerri people are Igbos and at the right time this stupid politics that the ikwerri elders are playing for them to be regarded as separate ethnic group will stop. It's a big shame that you can go as far as denying your own blood because of hausa fulani or to free yourself from the descrimation that the Igbos face in Nigeria.

Modified: All you ignorant people mentioning me and speaking out of ignorance should know that the igbo deity of Amadioha is in present day Rivers state. Some say the language that ikwerri people speak is different from igbo. They should also hear the Nsukka or Ebonyi people speak, and also research on the igboid languages, the DNA evidence, before coming here to show their ignorance. Ikwerre is igbo and the land is igbo. Know this and know peace. If you feel you are not igbo, you can leave the land and go back to where you came from. That land is igboland. It's an Amadioha territory, and no form of politics can change it.

it's not even an argument, only ignorant people argue about these things. DNA evidence is there to clarify the right origin of every race. With that been said, you that claim you are Niger delta can go to another Niger delta land, but that land belongs to Igbos. Bonny island is the bight of Biafra, and if by chance the separatists succeed in breaking away from Nigeria, all that land is part of Biafra. It's not a south east thing. And no body is claiming any ignorant and efulefu people, but claiming their land. I am not a separatist, nor do I support them, but I am just stating the obvious to you. Let me also state that my origin is from Rivers state

Nobody is denying ancestry - Ikwerre originated from Igbo. But they're now a separate ethnic group.

This is similar to Eleme and Ogoni, or Efik and Ibibio.

Like I said in my previous comment, every tribe broke off from another one. That doesn't mean they can't form their own distinct ethnic identity. No Ikwerre man will refer to himself as Igbo, as Wike is continuously saying.

How can the Niger Delta "belong" to the Igbos, when Igbos themselves are a minority in that geographical area? Why not go and claim the middle belt too?
