JooEeL:I wish other Yorubas can be as open minded as you. How can you force an Asaba man to agree he is not Igbo? The ppl in Obigbo,Ohaji Egbema have their kith and in both Abia/Rivers and Imo/Rivers but som1 wants them to deny their Igbo identity. I served in Okun land in Kogi and I know they do not play with their Yoruba heritage but some of your brothers here want to die on Igbo matters. 3 Likes |

amstardi:So anybody who doesn't follow your tribalistic way of reasoning is Fulani? No wonder you lack the ability to reason like a human being. You speak of honoring the dead when you besmerch their memory with your tribalism. |

stinflame:You should be the one STFU. Have you also heard the ebonyi or nsukka people speak? Will you say they are not igbos. Maybe you should google the igboid languages and tribes. Or check the DNA evidence. |

amstardi:my origin is from Rivers. I should know who my land belongs to. And you should quit being ignorant. The igbo Amadioha shrine is in present day Rivers state. Will you say that's also niger delta? All that land is for igbos and at the right time, e go clear for you eyes |

myrrtle:If you read well ,I did mention tradition! I can vehemently confirm ebony and Nsukka share the same igbo traditions. Thats exactly how you know who the igbos are. You keep shouting DNA when it's obvious intermarriage have changed most of or DNA and that isn't something to talk about. Wike a true son of Ikwerri soil have told you times without number that they aren't igbos. So I believe its time for you to STFU 1 Like |

sapphiere:But that’s the same thing he’s saying. If Igbo people in the state want to sit home, they can do that, but no one can give that order and expect the whole Rivers to stay at home. I didn’t even notice anything yesterday. Everywhere in PH was busy. 1 Like |

You just spoke my mind. Majority of people who obeyed the so-called 'sit-at-home' order didn't do so out of love of IPOB or because they believe in Biafra. They were just being security conscious; they didn't want to be attacked by any 'unknown gunmen' or be caught in a crossfire when soldiers and the bandits engage in gun battle. People should note this Sebastine1994: 1 Like |

Kinematics:When and how did you arrived at this your stupid statistics? Are you not aware that Nnamdi threatened death on anybody that flaunts the sit at home order? Listen to his last broadcast before the lock-down. Igbos in the East are just caught in between two monsters, Nnamdi Kanu and his boys, with Buhari and his military boots on the other side. 1 Like |

Sebastine1994:Ogah if you want cry from today unti tomorrow it changes noting if you feel Biafra cannot be achieved ask your self why Nigeria as an entity is avoiding giving Referendum to the biafrans so to speak , yesterday sit at home is an order, like they tell us to go in before 8pm so if any law enforcement agency catches you , you will surely dealt with , so sit at home is an order bro |

myrrtle: Where the f*ck do you stay Mr. I aren't from rivers but I grew up & even worked there & in other SS zones before I left. There isn't any iota of igbolic trace, I really and truly pity biafra agitators because if it eventually comes , the SS region is surely gonna pull out. myrrtle: Nobody is denying ancestry - Ikwerre originated from Igbo. But they're now a separate ethnic group. This is similar to Eleme and Ogoni, or Efik and Ibibio. Like I said in my previous comment, every tribe broke off from another one. That doesn't mean they can't form their own distinct ethnic identity. No Ikwerre man will refer to himself as Igbo, as Wike is continuously saying. How can the Niger Delta "belong" to the Igbos, when Igbos themselves are a minority in that geographical area? Why not go and claim the middle belt too? |
