Then guarantor shud also give u one passport photo, data page of his intl passport data and then his or her driver’s licence or NIN

Completed passport application form and 2 passport sized photographs (passport photographs endorsed at the back by the Guarantor);

Completed Guarantors’ form duly signed by a Commissioner for Oaths attached with Photocopy of Data page of Guarantor’s Nigerian ePassport and one passport sized photograph of the Guarantor;
Marriage certificate, where applicable;

Birth Certificate (certificate issued by the National Population Commission shall be required from applicants whose date of birth is with effect from Dec 1992) or Age Declaration attached with one passport-sized photograph and duly endorsed by a Commissioner for Oaths

Acknowledgement slip and evidence of payment

I've collected my passport at Ibadan passport office today. Anyone who has captured last year should check...... They didn't send me any text message neither did they call me. But a lot of people came around to collect their passport and I still left up to like 100 people inside the applicant waiting room when I left there around 4pm.

But this passport rubbish has really cost me a lot of opportunities to escape this shit hole.

It's just as described here on the previous posts..... Make your payments online, print your documents, sign your data page, get a guarantor to fill the guarantor form, and opt for court stamping which is #500.... You don't even need to go to court... At Alausa immigration office... There is a place where you can stamp your guarantor form. And it's #500... The proceed to Servicom... You will be directed to a lady that will assist you in arranging your documents... And she will guide you from there... But you can't be in a hurry. You should be calm but dogheaded..you might have to come later for capturing though.

I don't know.... So also is express. You don't know when it will be...but you can be sure of your stand when you do it yourself, other than just hoping when someone you don't even know do it for you. Plus you pay less.

we wey pay never collect, mind you my first passport was less than 3 hours. Dob correction, captured and till now haven't collected it. So to be forewarned... Plus new regulations doesn't pave way for it anymore

I and my kids captured same day in Ekiti but ... it is still no booklet received at the centre since I left on the 17th..
