There is nothing anyone can do at this stage. Ordering phones from AliExpress is a gamble worse Xiaomi phones. You should have know that before taking the plunge.

When you're called, discuss with the official. Different POs with different procedure for proxy pick-up. Some don't even accept while some may only accept if your proxy will come with NIN/international passport (active)/ driver's license of yours and his.

3 to 20 business days. Do remember to log into your bank app or online to check if refunded as many Naija banks may not give you an SMS alert when this refund hits your account.
