Long overdue. I know a guy who died because of the dichotomy. Dude attended d a Polytechnic nearby for OND, had to travel all for BSc and he died on the road due to the bad condition of the road which led to an accident.  27 Likes 1 Share

To be honest, this is welcome development. Although, it’d be quite difficult to access how well it’s been received. I want to see how exactly they hope to enforce it in private companies or establishments. Good laws deserve implementation. 5 Likes |
