I just got back from my antenatal visit. The doctor asked if I was feeling anything, I told her nothing o. She said since my date has passed she will do a membrane sweep.
People of the Lord, I almost brought down the walls of the room, I was screaming, she said she is yet to reach the cervix, that it is posterior and tightly closed. I said you don't mean it, shocked phew!!!
Chai! It was painful. She said if no labour till Friday, I should come for another membrane sweep on Friday.
Then if nothing till next week I will be induced.
God I am in your hands ooo.


Kpele. That's the same question my doctor asked at my last appointment. She asked if I was having any labour signs I told her not yet oh because I haven't even gotten close to my due date and in my previous pregnancies I use to be overdue before I deliver. She said every pregnancy is not the same that this one may be different. Well all the same I want to get to my due date before I deliver, because I am still yet to buy all my hospital things and I have not put my house in order for the arrival of the baby. I am still going to work sef and not started my maternity leave. I want to get to my due date before I deliver oh

God will do it before then,I'm having posterior placenta too, was tested on Monday and was told the cervix is still closed tho I've been having cramps since 33 weeks,I was asked to go home and come back next week.God will perfect what he has started,we shall be alive to carry our babies in our hands.

Oh My! it’s well. We shall not experience such again. I visited the hospital and am placed on progesterone for the next 30days. That’s the best that can be done according to the Ob/gyn .

I don't really know much. However, while pregnant, I think one should try to rest, as much as you can. Avoid housechores, buy food, get someone to help with chores and sleep well.

Hi all.
I am a first time mum and about 9weeks 5days pregnant. I don’t know if this is normal but I am very sick. Stomach cramps vomiting and strong nausea. I am also very weak.

I spotted for about 3days and the Gynecologist prescribed progesterone tablets. I dunno but I feel it makes me feel worse

Is this how it feels or there’s something wrong with me. Ps I am the first child and the first pregnant person amongst my friends so I don’t really have anybody to ask.

Pregnancy affects people differently. I was very, very sick,dizzy and weak up till about my week 17. Don't discontinue your progesterone, it's very vital.

Your baby might have changed to the head down position, reason y u feel much pressure in ur pelvic area. Also remember that ur baby is gaining more weight by the weeks...so all join.

I learnt scans won't be accurate after 37,38 weeks, just stick to the EDD you were given at the first scan you did at the early stage of the pregnancy.

please let the progesterone be both oil and the one dey insert please till u past 14weeks

I welcomed my cutie princess today through VD without tears. I'm a FTM. I'm surprised that I didn't tear at all. Just bruises. God be praised! With God, ALL things are possible.
Labour was very hot and painful! cry cry. BS Loading.
Mom and daughter are doing very fine. Dad is excited grin
I raise my voice and say that the Lord who has done it for me will do it for every expectant mom here in Jesus name! Amen.

EDD=7th June
DOB=1st June.

Hi Cappo, how are you and LO?

I think I'm beginning to feel flutters.

The pelvic pain that I've been experiencing no be here o. Google calls it Round Ligament Pain and that it is normal. My gynaecologist thinks so too. I was scared that it was due to orgasm I experienced during escapades with hubby, but I think not.


I went for anomaly scan yesterday. And I was teary during the scan.

I saw my baby boy. He was active and sucking his thumb mostly. Oh, I saw his little Peepee smiley

I feel grateful to God.

EDD is October 27th.
Gender is XY (Please update)

I can't wait for him to meet his beautiful, friendly and super active elder sister.

My house is about to turn to a playground soon.

My baby has being head down since 2nd trimester Thankfully, But this week eh Kai, I had to finally go to hospital yesterday and I was given fortwin injection cuz I couldn't sit and lie down at some point, it is well...
