My sister! . Soap ke ? I had already prepared my mind for tears or an episiotomy. But I was shocked when my vagina just stretched and collected the baby. She's on the average though. (2.8kg). And I pushed only when I had contractions at 8 to 10cm dilation(when my tummy was hard).
Just prepare your mind for the Best. And the best is for mother and child to be fine. Only push when the doctor says you're fully dilated and when your tummy becomes hard. Even if tears happen, don't worry. Tears will definitely heal and everything will be back to normal. The goal is to have a healthy baby in your arms after nine months.

As long as it's a pregnancy without risks, it's fine. The cervix is closed with mucus plug and far from the reach of the penis. The penis can't get to the baby. So, sex is safe in Pregnancy.
Just stay away from styles that put pressure on your tummy or styles that stress you out. Be comfortable and take it easy.
