But from what I've read on this thread, I don't think they accept Statement of Account. I already have up to 2.8 million in my account but everyone is talking about a credit card certificate. You can explain further please

They gave you visa requirements according to what is obtainable in their own country. The credit card thing is not too popular in Nigeria for some reasons. My own brother got an offer of admission today (2nd June) from the University of Opole with instructions on how to pay his tuition fee. I paid his first-semester tuition fees today from Sweden because I live in Sweden. So right now we are waiting for the school to receive the payment first and send him a proper admission letter which he will use to proceed with the legalization of documents/visa application process. I listened to a YouTuber who is currently studying in Poland and she did the same thing (printing of bank statement instead of credit card thing). In the case of my brother, he is self-employed as a transporter (private taxi driver) who is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). So he will be applying as a self-sponsored even though I will help him by depositing the required money into his bank account.

The videos you are watching are old o....I follow Awobeewom very well, she travelled 2019 when they were accepting statements, pls watch her current videos or better still go to the polish website and read things for yourself.

2million....lol

You really do not need to do any credit card thing. Just get someone or a family member who will deposit some money into your own bank account (between N1.5million to N2million). That will be enough for your Polish student visa application. You seriously do not need to show some transaction history in your bank account because you are just a student, and you are not applying for a business visa.[/quote]

My passport expires next year, please can I continue with my application? Because I want told that the password has to be valid till the completion of the program.

Please renew your passport before visa application,
but you can use the current passport for the university application, then update them with the new passport later.

What banks have you gone to?

Sometimes, bank staff are ignorant and quick to dismiss.

You may want to speak with someone in higher position or call the Head office for intervention.

Did you see that the video was recorded this April 2021? You have to watch the video first before concluding. I also noticed that the first bank does the credit card thing, but you must have a job or a company with regular income and other requirements before you can apply for it.

. The embassy does not allow bank statement. It just credit card and payslips.. the only reason I'm sure they will allow bank statement is if your sponsor is Self employed and has a registered company. Then you have to submit his TCC (Tax clearance certificate)., CAC, National ID card and the bank statement of 6 months.. note: the embassy does not really intended seeing the huge balance on the account, what they really want to see is the inflow and outflow of funds from the account. Check their website, you won't see anything as bank statement.

Has anyone received admission from Warsaw University of Technology, WUT?

How long did you have to wait from the day you submitted required documents?

Bank statements are not allowed. Either credit card certificate or pay slips. If you have a sponsor who is self employed have them deposit the money in a what we call a cash back credit card account and request a certificate of credit limit.

Absolutely not. Based on previous history embassy has turned down alot of foreign sponsors not based in Nigeria.
